The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. It is located on the main road, which suited me because I stayed overnight with my family on the way from Greece. A taxi to the center of Skopje is very affordable and the ride is short, so it is also suitable for sightseeing. The hotel has a private parking lot, so it is convenient to leave your car in the parking lot and go around the center by taxi, because parking in the center is almost impossible to find. I don't know if the rooms facing the highway are noisy, my room was facing the parking lot and I didn't hear any noise from the vehicles passing by. The breakfast was very tasty, fresh and varied, everyone can find something they like. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. We stayed in a triple room, which was very spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel uses air fresheners in all rooms and corridors, which I really liked. However, people who don't like fragrances or have allergies might find it bothersome. The most positive impression on me was the hotel staff, who are extremely kind and helpful. All the staff from reception to the restaurant are genuinely lovely, helpful and willing to help, they should be getting a bonus every month.

The only thing I didn't like during my short stay in this hotel is the sound insulation which is catastrophically bad. At any moment you can hear what guests in other rooms are talking or doing. My room was on the ground floor, very close to the reception, so I heard every guest who passed by, spoke to the reception staff or asked something.

I was travelling with the car from a different country and that’s to their 24h check in desk, even tho I arrived quite late they checked me in straight away. Had a massive room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Fridge, teas, coffees, water etc were available in the room. It was nice and clean with spacious bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. They cook their own food and bring it to you, absolutely loved the service. Thank you very much.

Besides there were not too many guests in the hotel, stuff was very kind and friendly and try to do everything that we would be satisfy. Specially, we had some personal issue, and we must leave before the schedule, second day instead of fifth, and they did reimburse us with total amount of money apart from the first nighty we slept there.

Friendliness of the staff, good location of the hotel for the travelers using a car, spacious parking, spacious rooms, quick and easy check-in. The hotel is really clean and beds are comfortable. You have in the room all basic necessities one might need (sleepers, hairdryer, hangers...).

Bathroom shower mixer and hand shower are in a really poor condition, it sprays water all over, needs replacement. The drain spreads an unpleasant odor. Breakfast is below average for a hotel which pretends to be a 4*, but I assume it's better when there are more guests. I had breakfast at 9am and I was the only one in the room. My room was on the 2nd floor, right below the breakfast room so I heard every guest while moving chair over a marble floor. That's really annoying sound at 7am while you try to sleep. If this and shower would be solved, I wouldn't have anything else to object about. All in all, I would stay again there, just in a room which is not on the 2nd floor.

Very friendly and polite personnel. Nice room, comfortable beds, big shower, quiet air conditioner. There were bowl of fruits waiting for us when we checked in - free of charge. Restaurant has very big windows, so you can see mountains and the city. Breakfast was modest, but tasty. Cozy and fun interior.

One of the hotel entrances has a very steep slope and was under construction when we stayed here. It was really difficult to get to the parking lot. Thankfully, there was another road to the parking - a bit narrow, but manageable. Door to the room was a bit awkward to close - you need to press the card first, then close it and wait for it to lock. Not very intuitive. Not really hotel's fault, but at 6 a.m. there was pretty loud adhan (morning prayer announcement) in a mosque nearby. Something for travelers to be aware of.

Breakfast was good and we managed to walk to the center of the city in around 25 mins. via the old bazaar. Staff were excellent and the hotel represented fantastic VFM! Really nice roof-top restaurant/breakfast room with views of the city.

Probably worth mentioning that the hotel is quite near a Mosque and a busy road. The later was not really an issue with the windows closed but the 'call to prayer' from the Mosque at 6:45am might wake a light sleeper. This comment might apply to many hotels in the city so not really a criticism, more an observation.

Breakfast was very rich. We had the chance to try traditional macedonian sauces at breakfast. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel is very close to the city center. You can walk downtown and see the historical places. I left my car at the hotel and walked. There was fruit in the room as we entered and they were complimentary. Thanks.

The room was a bit small. Our window was looking at a building which was under construction at that moment. We wanted to change our room and offered to pay extra for a room with a better view. However they kindly refused because they were expecting a big tourist group at that night.

The room was really big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The stuff really friendly.

The cleans in the restaurant, the breakfast was poor and also when we arrived at 10 PM the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t not eat anything until next morning ☹️. The parking place doesn’t have enough places if there are many guest. Also one entry it’s a total disaster, you can break your car.

The hotel is not far from the city and the bus terminal, just 15 minutes' walk. The decoration is very stylish and the room is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and adequate. Upon our request the kind staff served us with a freshly made Turkish tea (çay) every morning.

We got a room on the street side. Both the traffic and the adhans were very loud.

Room on the first floor has window with road view. Air conditioner works very well. Small elevator helps a lot with our luggages. Adam, friendly boss speaks English. Complimentary breakfast on the top.floor.

A lady, mostlikely by mistake opened our room while we have not got ready for breakfast. Bed with ordinary blanket not standard for star hotel
