Excellent location within walking distance from the bus station, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also close to the sights such as the Stone Bridge. Very good Reception team who showed great interest in our visit for the England football match!

Central location - very convenient for your business or leisure travel and for the beginning of a walking tour; breakfast was very good and starts from normally early times; parking availability - it is included and best is to make sure you let the hotel know you will be with a car at the time of making the reservation.

The ventilation allows the smell of cigarette smoke to distribute from other rooms. The room was a bit dark, which is a trend everywhere, but obviously they don't apply any restriction policy on banning indoors smoking.

Nice modern hotel, perfect location (few steps from Old bazar, fortress, Stone bridge), delicious breakfast (burek with cheese and meat, vegetables, fantastic cheese, good bread, spreads, ajvar, also variety of jams, sweet pastry, yoghurt, fruits, many different kinds of teas and good coffee), clean rooms, very kind staff (receptionists, ladies in the breakfast room, cleaning ladies), everyone was really nice and helpful. I’m definitely going to rebook this hotel for my next stay. 100% recommending!!!

A really nice hotel a walking distance from the city center. One gets an impression of a luxury hotels in the middle east.

We had a very nice room with the jacuzzi in the bathroom - that was actually the reason why we booked it. However, only one function of the jacuzzi was working while about 5 other features were not. Another thing which surprised us was that there were no alcoholic drinks available in the hotel (of course you want a champagne for enjoying the jacuzzi) because, as I was told on the reception, the owner is a Muslim. Nothing against that of course, but one should be probably informed beforehand to get ready...

The room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff was polite and helpfull. The parking in front of the hotel secure enough, thow is small and used from others also (not only from the hotel) so even if you do not have to make a reservation you have a worry if you will finally find a place or not. The location looks little degraded but it is also very good because it is on the SE end of the old city with too many food options arround etc. It is also only 450m from the Vardar river

Breakfast can be a little better but considering the room price is more then enough, The bathroom doors need to have a lock installed!! The rooms floor had a strange layout, result of the renovation of a big office floor that was obviusly the previous use of the floor but thats not really important

Very good location just by the Old Bazaar, with restaurants and shopping just outside the entrance. Still very quiet in the hotel at night and no disturbance from people or traffic. The staff was very service-minded and ready to help with everything from guidance to reservations. Extra thank you to Sema in the reception who gave very good service during the stay.

No negative things to say, except that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Otherwise the room was as expected.

The staff were amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful. The location was bang on, we were right off the old bazaar. We would stay again. One thing that is missing that would have been nice to know but when we asked the staff they informed us. They have a driver that can take you to canyon. They drive you, and wait for you for 35 €! So much nicer than dealing with taxis!

Luckily we did not have a vehicle but parking is a bit busy, so allow your self extra time if you have a vehicle with you.

Loved the layout of the room, high ceilings, big spacious room Bathroom was clean Shower was disappointing, not enough water pressure, water wasn't very hot, shower head was placed way too high It says in the room description there are toiletries on offer, no toiletries in the bathroom

Central location, a free parking, air conditioning that works very well.

Noisy street - bring your earplugs with you. Low water pressure in the shower. TV didn't work, turned off by himself. Untasty nescafe coffee drink in the breakfast. A parking was full in the evening, couldn't understand where is the parking. You can park in front of the hotel and get a note from reception that afterwards you give to the parking lot guy. At the time we were staying there three cars had a flat tire. A strange coincidence or a malicious case.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly, right from the reception staff including Alexandra, to the breakfast room staff including Elma. Muhammed, the son of the owner, took us for a tour and sightseeing, and he was a pleasure to be with. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. He can help to arrange any sightseeing or day trips for a reasonable price. The location is perfect, just 3-4 minutes walk from the old town and 5-10 minutes walk from the new town. The room was big and very clean, looking right into the old town. Breakfast is all halal.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like, but perhaps the breakfast items could be improved,
