I stayed at M-Square Private Rooms for a few days in the first week of February. First of all, I must say that if you are planning a few days, this hotel will be a great choice. Location is everything! and the location of this hotel is great. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you see the Skander statue. After 5 minutes, you are in the square and it is very close to many other touristic areas. Also, the area around the hotel is full of places. Lively and active. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. The employees were also very helpful and polite.

The room is really big and was situated in the downtown area of Skopje. The bed was great, we slept very well. Nicr private bathroom with a toilet. The location was in a safe and crowded area. Whenever we are coming back to Skopje, we will be definitely try to stay again with them. Highly recommended.

There was a pub downstairs, and sometimes there was a bit of noise till 01.00. For us it was absolutely not disturbing and slept through this. But good to know.

The host was great and the location of the apartment is perfect.

The only problem was that in room number seven, where we were accommodated, there was a bit of noise from outside, and the big problem was that the air conditioning wasn't working, and we didn't have a remote to turn it on. When I checked in, I didn't notice it and immediately left, and when we got back to the room, it was late after midnight, it was too hot, but we couldn't find the air conditioning remote anywhere...

Basic double bed room, okay for the price and location. Easy to communicate with host and other staff. Really cold AC Centrally located, easy self check in, close to restaurants, stores and cafes. 2km from main bus station (international buses). A shared fridge is available in common area.

There’s some construction going on in the next room. The room was not ready when we check in and it was not communicated in advance, but the host managed to have it ready within 30min. WiFi is unstable, probably because some guest just move the router without considering other. The host immediately came over to fix the position. So, it was alright.

The place is in the most central area of Skopje. Is a little difficult to find the door because is in the back side of the building that we saw on Google maps but if you follow the instructions you will find it. (Blue door and then 2nd floor). It was clean and has all the essentials. Also the host gave us a card to park for free 3min walking distance from the hotel.

Difficult to find but maybe I didn't follow the instructions right. Some holes in the walls need to be fixed and also the walls are very thin.

Location was actually great! The property was at the center of Skopje. The manager and staff were both friendly. Manager also provided instructions for self checking-in. It was so easy to find and reach out attractive touristic destinations while on wandering.

There is nothing I did not like. It generally met the expectations. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The size of room would have been a little bit larger. But it was not a problem.

Micki (the owner) has gone extra to ensure that my stay was being taken care of. He provided airport pick up, drove me to Matka and Prishtina when I need the transport. He gave me some tips about wine and Skopje. Easy to contact him as well. He is so kind to even deliver my documents that I forgot in the room to PRISHTINA. Couldn't expect something more. Very much appreciated! :) The room is comfortable. I got extra towel when I needed it :) Will definitely stay in this place again next time :)

Would be great to have more light in the bathroom

It's right in the middle of the city center, very convenient location.

The kettle had old murky water inside it, it wasn't cleaned :( the room looked old and poorly maintained but it looks like they are making renovations

Location is great. also the owner arranged the police registrations seamlessly for me.Possible to check in late and night,

Bed was too low and a chair would have helped. But I see this was the issue only in my room and the other rooms/beds seemed OK based on what I could see from the corridor for vacant rooms. Maybe I got the worst room as I checked in post midnight,

Location is perfect. For the price I paid, my expectations were met. I did not look for a luxurious accommodation but for a centralized location and low price + flexibility. The owner and manager Micky was great, very friendly and supportive. Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. He is very flexible and puts the Client first.

WiFi could be faster and more stable, the room is a bit dark and the bathroom very small. However, you can't expect more for the fee.
