Breakfast for sure was OK, but I fasted on the occasion of Great Lent :-) The location of the hotel is very convenient: you can get everywhere on foot in 5-10 minutes, including the supermarket. The view from my room, including the balcony, was amazing. The staff was great.

Two small comments. The room really has Tea/Coffee maker., but it would be nice to put a few bags of tea, coffee and sugar next to the kettle, as they did many years ago. And another problem for me personally, which is probably more difficult to solve: synthetic bed linen instead of cotton. I had to sleep on towels, which is generally OK. However not everyone can stand synthetics.

The staff is exceptionally kind. From reception, the made and the lady in the dining hall. She made us feel like at home, like my mother making sure we have all the food we need, bringing freshly fried eggs etc. Special thanks to the handyman who fixed my daughter's hair band <3 Very quiet hotel ( apart from the air conditioner, but get used to it quickly)

This is a review from my 8 years old daughter: mattress was to hard( fine for me). The curtain was set on fire (*slightly damaged. That is the first thing visible when entering the room and prompts a feeling of unease, could be fixed very simply) TV socket didn't work, had to use fridge socket Would be great to have a socket next to the bed side table to charge phones. A list with important info could be placed by the phone. Eg. reception number and WiFi password

I thought the breakfast was excellent. Other reviews said it lacked variety. There was yogurt, cereal, cooked eggs, hot sausages, cold meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, pastries and more. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The AC and wifi worked well.

The first morning, the breakfast room was dirty with no clean tables available. I spoke to management and they took care of it. The bed clothes only consisted of an empty duvet cover but when I mentioned this, I got a blanket.

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city center. There are also various restaurants nearby, offering both fast food and local flavors. Additionally, grocery stores, bars, and cafes can be found on the same street as the hotel. For more affordable shopping, two shopping malls are just a 5-minute walk away. I used the airport shuttle during my trip, and the walk to the stop took about 10 minutes. The location is truly excellent. The room I stayed in was a double room, and it was quite spacious. From my room's balcony, I had views of the Alexander the Great Statue, a church, and the Mother Teresa Memorial House. The room also provided tea and coffee supplies with a kettle. I appreciated the extended breakfast hours at the hotel. The breakfast was protein-focused; there weren’t many options, but it was sufficient for me.

We were checked in by Nicola who was very pleasant and competent he suggested places to visit etc overall he was extremely welcoming. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a small balcony no noise at all. A very comfortable bed also but as the weekend was cold we were glad of the extra blanket provided. Our housekeeper was very helpful and looked after our room to the best. We found the breakfast adequate and there was plenty of it.

Maybe a little more selections of cereals at breakfast and a toaster would be useful. Lighting in bathroom not great for applying make-up.

I loved the location and the fact that the hotel was open 24/7. The reception staff were so efficient and quick to solve everything, very professional! The breakfast was great, super high quality, I hadn't eaten eggs for years but here - amazing! Ajvar and the spread - excellent! Cornbread and pastries - very tasty! The cooks should get a bonus for being so good! WI-FI - the best I have ever used (I had a conference call of 3 hours, it worked so smoothly!). Despite some minor things, I will definitely stay here again! I felt as if I were at home.

The cleaning lady was a bit relaxed regarding her job but no big deal. The overhead shower was not really my thing since I had to use one towel to cover my hair. I will make sure to bring a shower cap next time :-).

Here's some experience from my extended stay at Hotel Best Western: - The value for money exceeded my expectations with a tariff much lower than neighboring hotels(Marriott, Holiday Inns, Limak etc) - The exclusive pedestrian location made it a breeze to walk to various tourist attractions. - Opting for the airport transfer by the hotel was a convenient choice; the driver picked me up at the arrival, assisted with luggage, and seamlessly transported me to the hotel. - The attentive and helpful receptionists made my stay worry-free. They promptly addressed any needs or concerns I had. - The room was spacious, warm, clean and nice view from the window. - The electric kettle with complementary tea, coffee, and sugar added a thoughtful touch. Overall, the hotel surpassed my expectations, and I'm extremely satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to the dedicated hotel staff for making my experience so comfortable!

After reading some negative reviews, mostly from guests who stayed only one night or encountered problems that were promptly resolved but not appreciated, so I had doubts. However, upon deciding to book at this hotel, Mr. Ferdi, the manager, impressed me with his super-fast and kind response. Initially, I booked for only 3 nights, but due to his influence, I extended my stay to a total of 7 nights. I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Premium location, my room was super big, warm, clean, nice view with bathtub. The staff is adorable and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Special thanks to the night shift staff on my arrival, Nicola for assisting with spa, massages, hair salon bookings, and the super kind breakfast team. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet Mr. Ferdi, the best manager. I highly recommend this hotel to those who appreciate fairness, kindness, and a mature atmosphere. Not recommended for those with unfair expectations (greedy).

Nothing. I had a nice experience during my stay.

The location was very central. In fact i had a view of one of the new churches from my room. The man at the front desk was very friendly and wanted to go out of his way to be accommodating. When i came back later from a walk to check out breakfast there was little left (it was nearly over) and he ran in to offer to have them cook something fresh for me. Yes, the interior looks dated, but not worn. There were many different patterns between the gallery, bedroom carpet, bedspread, and curtains.. but it gave it character!! Haha

I had some issues with the shower sprayer and other small things. But i showed the front desk and received a good up email within an hour that they were working to address those issues and appreciated i brought them to their attention. In terms of things i "didn't like" this was a very minor inconvenience and overall this was still one of the best values of my trip

Location of the property in the heart of downtown and proximity to city transportation and others sights to visit on foot. After having a bed day and room with some issues on first night Manager made good effort to smooth things out and give us a apartment that worth many we paid. Otherwise staff was ok.

We didn't like a small and slow elevator and nat having hotel parking.
