The hotel is quite nice, clean, and authentically cozy, also close to the city center, so all the attractions are easily accesible. Breakfast was okay in terms of variety of choice and there is no kettle in the room, but you can get complimentary coffee at the reception when there is staff on duty. The staff is not at the hotel during the night, therefore it is important to inform them, if you're arriving late, so they could leave the key for you. Otherwise, it is a quite secure hotel as the main door are always locked and the hotel can be accessed only by staying guests.

It’s a good location, if your GPS doesn’t lead you astray then it should be a pleasant five minute walk from the main bus station. A modern two storey shopping centre is a few minutes away, Opposite the new mall is a tree lined promenade along the river that will take all the way to the central square past stone bridges, statues, monuments, National theatre, churches, mosques, ,museums, the Bazaar, bars, restaurants and cafes.

The rooms could use updating. The immediate area around the hotel is going through a major transformation, lots of destruction, and, construction. iIr’s out with the old buildings, and in with new hotels, businesses and apartment blocks. One day this will be a pretty.upmarket precinct.The breakfast was adequate, only one staff member trying her best to do her job. I would advise going in early, before all the seagulls have been in attendance and depleted the availability of choices.

We liked the location - it's within walking distance from touristic sites. The room and the bathroom were spatious. There was air conditioning but also possoble to just open the window - it's quiet during the night. The staff speak good English and were really helpful - privided advice for dinner when asked, booked a taxi to the airport. It's possible to use luggage storage before and after check in time. If you don't mind the cold water, it's possible to access olympic size swimming pool from the hotel (just need to have your own slippers).

It's a bit dated, especially the bathroom.

Although the surrounding area looks a bit sketchy, the hotel itself is nice. It's centrally located near the city center, only 10 minutes by walking and near the bus/train station (also around 10 minutes by foot). The breakfast was ok. The room was big enough and clean. At night the area was quiet. Hotel has a free parking which is a plus, also close to a shopping mall and some grocery stores.

The internet on the upper floor was a bit troublesome - it took some disconnecting and reconnecting in order to work. The breakfast could be a slightly better, maybe add coffee machine instead of the American style coffee pot.

Very friendly staff, nice simple but plentyfull breakfast. Olympic pool is next door. Excelent location. Close to city centre. Majority of things to do in Skopje can be visited on foot. Also good parking. For me most important was unexpected quiteness of the location even though so close to city centre.

Wifi could be faster. And a bar would be nice.

I love that everything that was available to me was functional, clean, and the place was really quiet. I had been going through a burnout, but the room allowed me to relax and have uninterrupted sleep, without it feeling claustrophobic, like in many other hotels. The windows were wide and fully openable. The nearest traffic is far enough so that the noise isn't bothersome. This wideness of the windows can be a downside, but to me, it was really helpful during this time of year (month of May). Also, people who stay at the hotel are allowed to use the Olympic swimming pool, which is in the same building. How cool is that!

From the outside, you'd never know there is a hotel there, which suggests the place is quite old, but they renovated everything on the inside, so I wouldn't be bothered by this if I were you. The only small thing that bothered me was that due to the wideness of the windows, on hot days, the west-facing room feels like a sauna upon entering it. You have to turn on the air-conditioner or open the window immediately in order to clear the air out.

The room was okay, a bit dated in terms of furniture and bathroom, but clean and spacious, so no complaints there. I used the fitness room early in the morning, and it had everything needed for a standard workout. The pool was closed at 6:00 a.m., though I must admit I didn’t ask the staff about the official opening hours. Breakfast was pretty good – nothing fancy, just a standard selection, but it was fresh and satisfying.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I am truly at a loss for words to express how comfortable and welcome I felt. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and every request I made was met with the utmost politeness and courtesy. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the receptionist, Sanja, who once again went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The Macedonian breakfast was simple and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I liked the fact that the room was so big and the swimming pool next door.

They might have modified it by now, but they were offering free coffee. I absolutely understand why they changed the policy, but an alternative (self-service instant/tea) could be less exhausting. Or just don't mention it at all. It is fine without. If the rooms have a kettle, that would be enough for me to bring my own sachets. I am easy with that.

The building on the inside is very clean. The receptionists were all very professional. Nice breakfast spread. From the outside the building looks old but it’s been re-done in the inside and is very nice.

The mattress was an old spring mattress and not very comfortable. The hot water heater thing wasn’t explained well at check-in. Lack of outlets - I only found one under the desk and it was difficult to get to.
