I’m so glad I chose this apartment for my stay in Skopje. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the railway station and within easy access to the city center. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and promptly addressing any questions I had. The cozy living room with its comfortable sofa was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having a parking space was also a huge plus, especially for travelers with a car. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Skopje. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Modern, stylish apartment with a good range of appliances. It's in a good location, next to the bus station and near a major shopping centre, but also just 15 mins walk to the city centre. The area felt quite safe at night. I was met by the host in a street behind the apartment block and brought to the apartment a short walk away. I'm not sure why we didn't just meet at the apartment block. Maybe it was to do with parking or something. The apartment is high rise but there are lifts. Main front door access is controlled by fob and entry to the apartment is with a key. The apartment provided everything I needed at a decent level of comfort, spotlessly clean and good bathroom facilities all at a very reasonable rate. A great base for exploring Skopje.

I'm probably being a little too fussy but the bedroom was quite narrow and almost filled by the width of the bed which left no room for a bedside table or locker so if you had a book or reading glasses or wanted to leave a glass of water beside you while you are in bed it wasn't really possible.

Everything was perfect and exceptionally well organized. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were not only beautifully designed but also meticulously clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Every detail was thought out—from the soft linens to the little complimentary treats. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location was ideal, close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place that exceeds expectations in every way!”

If you're looking to stay in Skopje this is a perfect apartment for one or up to 6 or up to 4 people. It is fully equipped kitchen with an oven. It has a wonderful view of the city. And they have an on-site shopping market, so everything is very convenient. And if you book any tours that pick up they do pick up here. The young man that owns his apartment or manages. He is very kind and very helpful at a moment's notice. I would recommend this place and come back again.

I like everything

The location close to the Bis station was great, the room was as advertised in Booking com. A small amount of bottled water was provided. Apartment had a large fridge/freezer, a cooktop with adequate kitchen utensils. The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the Room quickly although the bedroom did not have one the large lounge air conditioning was good enough to cool this room as well.

The most minor of issues was that the building is not identified as the the correct building ie named and as our phone company let us down we were a bit lost … all was saved by some local children and a local gentleman Ivan who made a call to the apartment manager and sorted us out …

Great little apartment with separate lounge and bedroom as well as the usual bathroom, kitchen etc. Lift available. Drying rack on balcony for drying after use of washing machine. We asked for an early checkin and they were very helpful in being able to accommodate us. Location is very close to the bus station and a bit of a walk from the centre of town. Two shopping centres nearby - we thought Vero was better for food.

The bedroom was a bit hot (outside temps were around 32C). We suggested to the owners that they have a fan available as the a/c is only in the lounge and they were very positive in their response. Hopefully this will be available for others in future.

The management is very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with the first apartment and they addressed it immediately and moved us to a different unit which met our needs perfectly. The apts were spacious, clean, and well furnished with everything you need for a short stay. The only downside is the location is in a run down area of the town but other than that 10/10

The location is very centric, I could easily walk to the main square without the need for public transport. The flat is perfect for one person, has a kitchen, TV, a good shower and a small living room.

One side of the bed was pretty rough, but since I was by myself I could sleep on 'the good' side. The area around the property seemed a bit rough but I never saw anything out of the ordinary

The apartment is an absolute gem in the heart of Skopje. Great design with attention to the very last detail, spotless cleaning and top location! David and Viktor are excellent hosts, super friendly and flexible. They went the extra mile for us by offering us even a private trip to the Lake and Canyon Matka. If you want to explore the city and need some advice and ideas- just ask David, he is extremely helpful.

I had an exceptional stay at this apartment! The location was incredibly convenient, situated near the center and the main bus station, making everything easily accessible. The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable, and it was equipped with all the essentials one could possibly need. Furthermore, the host was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay
