They respond messages really fast and gives a lot of tips. There are few parking slots next to the building. Apartment is quite big and clean. There is everything that tourists would need during few days stay.

It was a very satisfying experience. I'm glad we chose this place. I will definitely stay here when I come to Macedonia from now on. The staff is very attentive. He answered all our questions and took care of all our problems. You do not feel like a stranger. The house is great. It is immaculate. Very spacious. It is warm. It was warm inside on cold winter nights. Our 3-year-old daughter liked this house the most. It has all the facilities. You can cook all kinds of food yourself. There are all the kitchen utensils. We came to visit Skopje, but we loved the house so much that we never wanted to leave.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures posted on the site. The house is spacious, with modern and functional furniture in every room. The level of cleanliness of the whole flat was really appreciable. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and tools for cooking, so you can always consider the opportunity to have meals at home. The surrounding area is residential, so you can expect silence at night. Moreover, there's a supermarket right next to the building, and other services in the proximity. In 15 mins you can reach Skopje's center on foot, and if you need the bus, the central bus station is not more than 100 m far. Since these are the premises of this new place, I can't help but suggest it!

The appartment ok for a family of 3 persons

The sheets were no white, so I cannot be sure if were clean or reused. Wherever I stayed, hotel or apartment, the bedding must be white, so you can be sure that they are clean and disinfected. Here they were colored, on a gray background and crepe. So I had my doubts.. The person who was at the check-in, asked us twice to pay, although we told him that we paid through booking. He insisted, arguing that I only inserted the card, but did not pay. Only after I showed him the receipt from bookkng.com did he stop asking for payment.

The host was very friendly, chatty, we enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it to anyone. He let us keep our luggage in his office before the check in time which was very helpful. Apartment was clean, new and modern. Air conditioning was a big plus also. Accomodation was 3 minutes from the main bus+train station so the connection to the city center were great. The distance from the main square with Alexander was around 10 minutes by foot or a short ride with taxi. Few minutes away was also big shopping mall called Vero with groceries, DM drogerie, food etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Anything we asked for was not a problem for the host. Big thumbs up!

Me and my family had an amazing time at Smart Apartments. They provided a crib for my daughter, Free of charge! The apartment is even better then the photos, fully equipped for cooking and very child friendly. We liked the area a lot since it was minutes away from all the sightseeing's. When there, go to East Gate shopping mall it's only 500 meters away and it's filled with great restaurants and shops. Also a children playground at the top! Definitely coming back in 2024, thanks guys!

Nothing Absolutely Nothing

An absolute pleasure to stay here. Room with balcony. Kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, everything we needed for a few days stay. Lovely to have free complementary water in the kitchen, those little things count. Comfy beds and peace and quiet. A lovely location, walking distance to everywhere. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised from my stay at Smart Apartments. Me and my family enjoyed a quite night in a family friendly neighborhood just minutes away from all the sightseeing's in Skopje. The apartment was warm, clean and fairly new. The internet was very fast which was important for us since we work from home. They even had parking for our minivan. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine in it which we enjoyed a lot!
