The hotel is on the sixth floor of a building located in the very center of the city. A million-dollar view from the common room (terrace). The room and the bathroom are of decent size. Clean and quiet. We were contacted by the property ahead of our stay, photos and additional information provided. A car park is right across the street. We felt very welcomed. I am grateful to Darko for all recommendations and tips!

I was in Hotel Square for two nights. I have to say that it was a very lovely accomodation with the best and super available and polite hotel staff. They are at your disposal for everything, for every service you need; they are committed to satisfy your needs. The place is excellent, cause it is situated at the centre of the city and despite this, the hotel is still very cheap. There is also a great view from the room. In add i would like to say that the room was spacious, comfy and endowed with a lot of lights. There was not noise. Simply one of the best trip and accomodation in my life, thanks Darko,Andrey and all the staff!

We were looking for a place to sleep after spending only one day in Skopje, that is why we wanted to sleep in the city centre for a cheap price, so we can easily walk around in the city and check out most of the sights and don't be too far away from the hotel. The cleaning lady was nice even tho she did not speak too much English, but she was friendly and even showed us how to use the entry card. :) The receptionist man helped us book a taxi for the next morning to the airport. We liked this hotel, it was basic, but we just needed somewhere to sleep for a good price, and it was perfect for this reason. Oh, and the room had AC, which was a lifesaver! I would easily book here again in the future.

It's a super cheap hotel in a super convenient location, with a super good wifi connection. Staff is also very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious.

Our room was very hot during the day and cold at night, symptom of very bad insulation. Fortunately we went there in october so on average it was pleasant. There is also air conditioning, maybe it helps during hot or cold days to mantain a good balance, we didn't use it though. Bathroom, furniture and the general look definitely need a renovation, especially the windows.

Unbeatable location right next to Skopje's main square, which is on the side of the river that feels safer, by the way. I wouldn't recommend staying around the bazaar area, although during the day it's not too bad. The price I paid was great value and it afforded me a quiet and pleasant stay. Square Hotel is the place I would like to go back to if I return to Skopje, which I might do!

The safe in the room was out of order but it didn't really bother me.

It's perfectly located for walking in the city centre. The reception lady was nice and friendly. And the room was ok would have been nice to have 2 towels as we was a couple staying in the room.

The bed linen was torn there was only 1 towel in the room for a couple and the AC was really noisy.

Location was really good, and the hotel were really helpful, contacting us on the day with a video to show us where the hotel was and how to get into the hotel area on the 6th floor of the building. Room was compact and comfortable, and there was a small lounge area at the end of the corridor with great views across the main square.

The water was cold - there seemed to be a boiler in the bathroom, and maybe if we'd played with the controls something might've happened. Reception was generally unstaffed, but I guess we could've called someone, but I was already in the shower when I found out there was no hot water, so I toughed it out and had a cold shower.

Like a world traveler, im more than satisfied with the staff , great customer service! Everything is smooth.. Rooms are nice and clean. I like the position of the hotel, it is in center, view is amazing and the centre of the city is beautiful. I would definitely like to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel provided a taxi to get there from the airport in the middle of the night so our check-in could be flawless. The location is amazing, right next to the main square, within walking distance to the old Bazar and other sightseeing places. There was a misunderstanding with how to pay the taxi fee that was handled very adequately from the hotel side.

The hotel was very central and very easy to find. Communication before arrival was excellent.

The air conditioning wasn’t great, so I can imagine it being overly hot in summer.
