Premier suite room is spacious with balcony facings sea(partial sunset view). Pool is not too crowded. There is a small,quiet beach nearby. Indoor(basement) parkings are available. Baby cot is available upon request. Overall we enjoy our stay.

Luggage trolley is available but no bellboy-you have to take it to your room by yourself. Breakfast buffet is low variety&quality. Quite crowded in small space. The beach is on the opposite side of the road - but its just a short distance walk. Quite far from anything else- suit for those with private car.

The staff who checked me in not friendly at all and sour face. Furthermore she is the Guest Service Manager and not cooperative at all. The staff who attended to my queries via phone was very good. The breakfast considered not value for money with poor selections.

I love that our stay in Premium Suite was really comfortable, the provided towels, the bedsheet and pillows were all clean, the water pressure was good, the breakfast buffet during our stay were excellent and the view was really nice. The staff, from receptionist until the customer service were all kind and helpful. I remembered asking the receptionist for extra laundry bag when we reached hotel during midnight that time. When we were walking bag to our room, I noticed there was a boy walking towards us. He brought the laundry bag I asked them for. It was fast! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one 🤗

Hmmm just that the air conditioner was a bit slow to cool the room. But that was not even a huge problem so it was fine for us throughout our stay.

Cleaner/ housekeeping needs better attention on the toilet's condition, 2nd time I'm here and still the toilet isn't cleaned, I have to wipe off the stains with tissue

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly

The location suited our needs to be close to the dam but was a Grab ride to get to main market and eating areas

What I did like: 1. Location by the beach plus view of the sea. 2. Friendliness of staff. 3. Food in restaurant. 3. The pool area. 4. Overall building. 5. My room was ready early.

So a few things could improve. 1. The gym is extremely outdated and airco doesn’t work. 2. Elevators are slow and there are no stairs (for someone who doesn’t like elevators this is an issue). 3. Coordination of restaurant could be better. 4. Same for information by checking in. Eg. They told me no laundry, then in my room I do see laundry service.

receptionist named aishah not friendly at all. she’s not smile to customer and speak with firm note to customer. she is not fit to work at front counter. pls change to other polite staff.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and full of hospitality. I am feeling very welcomed. The room is exceptionally clean and the view is captivating. The hotel is ideal for those who seek tranquility and freedom.

The toiletries need to be upgraded because they are not compatible with the premium room. The drinking water was not replenished in a timely manner because it had been opened by previous guests. The taste of breakfast, particularly Malaysian signature foods like nasi lemak, needs to be improved.

Had the pleasure of staying at Bahang Bay, and it was a truly delightful experience. The spaciousness of the accommodations added to the comfort, with rooms that were both generous in size and well-appointed, allowing for a relaxing and uncluttered environment. The beds and furnishings in the room were extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights and a truly relaxing stay. A particularly thoughtful touch was the provision of a sejadah for Muslim guests to perform their prayers. This inclusion not only catered to my needs but also reflected the resort’s commitment to respecting and accommodating the diverse cultural and religious practices of its guests. Another highlight of my stay was the beautiful seaside view from my room. Although the sea was a bit distant, the view was still breathtaking and added a serene backdrop to my stay. I would highly recommend Bahang Bay to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable retreat, with the bonus of a beautiful, albeit distant, seaside view.

I did encounter a minor issue upon arrival. We checked in a bit late and noticed some uncollected garbage in our level's area. This was slightly off-putting, although it could have been due to our late check-in time, possibly after regular cleaning hours.

Our room is spacious and can accommodate one extra bed. We love the seaview and the pool view from the balcony of the room. The massage chair provided is great too! Other than that, we love having dinner at Lesong. The food cooked are delicious to our liking especially Seafood Hor Fun.

The window for the bath tub is facing the abandoned hotel. I rather pull down the blinds. We hope for more options for breakfast buffet since we stay there for two days. Besides this, the food provided for Belantara Cafe should be improved. We ordered the thai fish cake, mini burger and fries. A bit oily for us.
