Good Hotel location, 2km to Ipoh Central town, 20minute drive to Meru Raya (Mydin & Amanjaya Bus Station). Aircond perfect, toilet clean. perfect, will repeat stay at here if visit Ipoh, Value for Money. perfect budget hotel for people have meeting at ipoh (hotel for sleep). cause i am short trip for 4 day, working from 8am - 10pm, hotel for me is for sleep only night time dinner have Tom Yam restaurant infront hotel. morning can take breakfast beside hotel

Near to town. Many restaurants with walking distance nearby. Friendly staff and can early check-in. No deposit needed. Big room and clean. Toilet is clean with minimal amenities. Self check-out make it much easier. Took me some time to figure out the TV setting. But afterall everything was great.

Call number on the door if there is no one at the reception desk. The water pressure is very low especially at night. The location is at main road, so quite noisy. No lift at this hotel, but its okay.

The owner was very friendly. We arrived late but the key was prepared for us with a friendly message in our inbox. We came to check in the next day in the morning and the owner kindly offered to take us on a trip to Cameron highlands as he had a business to do there. On the way back his wife bought us a fresh sweet corn on the market which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious with lots of daily light and the bed was comfortable. The location is also good, there's a park not too far away as well as several hawkers and shops in a walking distance.

The room was mostly clean but there was some old dirt/mold in the shower, which is probably hard to get rid of. Apart from that, it was a great value and we had a nice stay.

Aircon a bit noisy, especially on dry setting. Blackout curtains let in cracks of light (common occurrence). TV only through internet, hard to navigate. Light remains on screen so had to power off.

I stayed in many hotels while I was in Malaysia and Anderson hotel passed the shower test 10/10 .

Walking distance to good restaurants/ bars and night market. Very helpful staff. All facilities worked well, especially the aircon. Big comfy bed. Very spacious room

Quiet room although hotel is in the old town. Clean room. Easy check in and check out process. Water bottles delivered daily. Great communication with the staff via messages

Air conditioning doesn't work sometimes, feels warm at times.

Big spacious room with TV and counter space. There was a water fountain and fridge in the building. They also provided us with a kettle when we asked. It was a comfortable stay.

The walls are thin so we could hear other people talking, music, and children crying at all hours of the night. We didn't have the best sleep because of this, but this would depend on how respectful the other guests are that night.

The room is clean, the toilet is clean. Water pressure is strong. There's netflix and wifi also fast. There's view on my room. Good for budget.

Staff is not a local citizen, so you have to contact the manager before you came in order to ease the admission process. Aircond was not cool, but once you align it properly it will be cool. Parking is difficult, but I came in without transport.

This hotel is conveniently located.Close to shops , Ipoh Parade is a ten minute walk , and several restaurants.

I am trying To be as objective as possible. I can not think of anything that disappointed me. Even when it rained the nearby covered- pavements provide shelter.
