Spacious enough room but pretty bi bathroom. Clean overall. Location is good, but not great (10-15 min walk to center) but it's a clean area. Cleaning daily with small waters provided. Nice staff.

Room had a slight damp smell to it, which took about 2 days to get rid of with ac on non stop. Old towels but they seemed clean. A bit of a walk from the center. I think if the price was a little cheaper it would have been an amazing stay.

The location is good. But since we arrived on Saturday night, there was a traffic jam to reach the hotel. Near many restaurants and night market.

The basement parking entrance is very very very very crazy narrow, so don't even think of parking in the basement. It's better to arrive early and park next to the building or along the road.

We booked 2 rooms, One executive and one deluxe. The executive room was perfect. The deluxe was nice and clean. The air conditioning in both rooms was great, stayed cool throughout the night. Strong water pressure and the toilet drain works well too.

No complaint on the executive room. The deluxe however could use a bit more maintenance on the toilet, it is a bit dingy and has a smell. Not offensive, but more like mold. There was also stain on one of the pillow cover.

The hotel was in a great location. It is only a few minutes walk to many eating places in the new town. There is an excellent food court at the back of the hotel for breakfast. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to assist us. The room was large and equipped with kettle, hairdryer and fridge. The bathroom was a good size. We stayed for 3 nights Everything was very comfortable and we felt very relaxed which enabled us to enjoy our time in Ipoh.

The bed linen and towels were clean but were a bit jaded and probably needed replacing.

The staff friendliness, location, and facilities. Just a shame we could not patronise the massage as they closed early

The parking lot. Too narrow, dark and dodgy as we need to walk through a dark backlane. The hotel should spend more money on increasing lighting and maybe make us feel like it is safer to park

Good hotel located at the center. Stayed for a day. You can walk around find all eateries and restaurants. My room is a non window room. Seems this partitioned and renewed, which was fine for me.

Previous customer seems smoked inside bathroom and as this is non window room, when we opened the bath door, cigarette smell spread all around the room. We had to request management and leave the door open for 30mins or so. This was not their mistake as they put it as a non-smoking rooms. Dear management, please do make sure you've sprayed enough room spray in these rooms before allowing a new customer.

Location was good. Staff were cordial (friendly). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall fairly nice

The only issue is that the elevators were stopping only on the required floors with the keys. Though this was for security reasons, we felt a little uncomfortable using the elevator only with a key.

Location is superb. Nearby to attractions. We took grab to everywhere and cost us RM5 for each journey, i think that’s the minimum charges. Room is spacious with basic amenities. Staff super friendly.

The water hose pipe is leaking. Very uncomfortable to use it. We got the parking spot next to the building, but with very limited parking space. Due to that we just use grab to everywhere because don’t want to lose the parking spot. I read that not adviseable to park on the basement due to narrow entrance. They help to pay for the parking coupon if you have to park across the road.

Location is strategic, bed is comfy, reception was honest to inform about the broken door knob of the bathroom and why it has yet to be fixed to set expectation from the start.

Parking is not assured. Had to park further due to no more parking available. The street behind feels unsafe. Be careful walking alone at night without male companion.

Nice no frills hotel at a good location in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms at the back are more quiet, less traffic noise!! Good beds. Good working AC and fridge. Bathroom is spacious and clean.

Although it is a non smoking hotel some guest do not seem to bother.
