1. The room size was as expected, had a nice view of the town. 2. The toilet was also a decent size, good water pressure, was clean also. 3. The location of the hotel was right in town, its less than 5km from most of the famous eateries, you can walk if you wish to. 4. Check in and check out was easy. 5. Every floor has a water refill station. 6. There is a coin laundry just opposite of the hotel if you wish to do your laundry. 7. Plenty of parking space for the guests so parking is not an issue if you wish to drive to Ipoh. Overall for the price paid, it was a comfortable stay. Will recommend to other people.

I think my review title says it all! My room was quiet and cosy, the staff were always smiling and helpful when I asked something, and the hotel is in a great location near a variety of restaurants, right next to a Sunday morning street market, and about 10 minutes walk from the fascinating old town. Ipoh is an interesting small city to visit, and Pi Hotel is a good value base for your trip.

There was quite a bit of dust on the tables and floor in the room when I checked in, but it only took me a couple of minutes to get rid of it.

Great location 10 min walk to old town and 10 min opposite direction to night market and food places. Other food places on doorstep. 15 min walk train station. Great air con plus ceiling fan. Main bits clean and comfy. Stayed extra nights so was good. Water coolers to refill bottles in hall.

No fridge or kettle in room but i knew this. Cleaning could he a bit better round edges if you're really fussy or bothered about dust. Room quite small. A map at reception would have helped. We were pointed in the wrong direction for old town with tourist sights but did find night market that may not have come across had we gone other way. The next day we found the tourist info the opposite way. So hotel in middle of both so all.good in the end.

The facility is sufficient. The location is good because the old and new town are in walking distance. There are many food courts and restaurants around the hotel and you can choose whatever you want.

Wifi connection was sometimes unstable. It takes 20 minutes from Ipoh station on foot. Although I enjoyed the walking, I recommend you to use a taxi or the other public transportation if you don't like it.

The location is great, close to Concubine Lane (15 minutes walk), close to train station also. Room is clean and tidy. Receptionists are nice and friendly.

Room is pretty small, I have a medium size suitcase and it's hard to fit. If you travel with 2 people, maybe book a bigger room for luggage space. There's no AC running in the hallway and elevator so it's quite hot. The hotel should provide cable TV because there're not many channels to watch and only 1 english channel 😂

The room is clean although a bit cramped for a twin bed room, but the location is really superb. The Sunday Flea Market is exactly in front of the hotel which is very convenient for antic lovers. The staffs were also polite and greet us well.

I have nothing against this hotel. But if I may add a few suggestions, I would be happy if the hotel provide ironing facilities on each floor and maybe they could replace Cuckoo/Coway water purifier instead of using the old water dispenser.

The cheapest price that i can find for ipoh and during public holiday. The front desk is friendly. We actually did not have any plan to stay at ipoh but due to some circumstances we have to overnight there. So for the low price we manage to secure some rooms last minute. Got parking.

For my room the shower handle is quite loose and the wallpaper has tore in its. But its okay for a short stay.

Good location with 20 minutes walk from Ipoh train station . Situated between old and new town.Can get voucher to go gym within few minutes walk from hotel.Very similar furniture and fitting room set up with Tune Hotel and I found out it’s used to be Tune hotel.

No boiling kettle and free drinking water provided in the room. However we can refill water from the common walkway outside of room. No free coffee sachet and slippers provided.

Location was fantastic. So close to the Sunday markets. We were able to leave our luggage at reception early morning and staff were very accommodating.

Although Sunday markets were fantastically close, it made it impossible to get a grab/taxi pickup at front of hotel. There wasn't an international wall plug. Cleanliness was good for Malaysia but suffered from the knee down. Seems like no one cleans walls from the knee down to the floor.

The interior design itself has surprised me and I feel very interesting. Besides the strategic accommodation including walking to 'Mamak's Shop' @ Kedai Nasi Beriani Bukhara in Jalan Dass Ipoh, Perak made me feel so comfortable and easy.

Nothing at all. Everythings just nice, very safe place to overnight.
