Actually, the room is beyond my expectations. I look for a queen bed and only the studio room available that time and i choose for it. In the website it does not explain details about the room. I don't expect the bathtub, big room and the big sofa. Yes it's worth my money, because if the room is at a five star hotel, maybe it will charge more than myr 700+ but i just pay myr 500+ to enjoy the amenities. The cleanliness of the room is tip top. I really did a great job to survey the reviews from google.

The hotel location is very good! Easy access to the attraction place and the reception staff super friendly. Special shout out to Indian guy at reception that helped me during check in and out. Im sorry i did not get your name however you very polite and efficient while working keep this up ! Same goes with other staff they did very good.

The cleanliness of our room is decent. The bed sheet and toilet is clean however i saw marker mark on cabinet as for me it should not be there. Maybe our room is old enough and needs to do minor renovation or touch up. Anyhow i enjoyed stayed here !

1. Insufficient power sockets at the table. To use the kettle, one has to remove the plug for the table lamp. In any case, if either one is in use, nothing else can be plugged in. There is a "hidden" one beneath the table top but it is too close to it and it can be difficult to plug in some types of chargers which have cables pointing upwards. 2. Shower door is difficult to close. If use more force, the glass might shatter.

Great location. Very convenient to get to shopping centres and eating places. Room was peaceful. Checking in was smooth and hassle-free. Security was good.

Minor issues like one of the ceiling lights not working, and some water constantly flowing from the cistern into the toilet bowl, resulting in waste of water for the hotel. The latter seems to occur for previous stays too. Thus it could be that many rooms are having the same problems. It will be helpful if someone is assigned to check the rooms regularly for such issues.

I’d booked a quadruple room since there were 4 people. The room is clean and spacious whereby we can opened all our 4 cabin size luggage which still ample room to walk around. There is a bathtub as well as shower space in the toilet. It’s located in the old town and many eateries within walking distance. The staff is friendly and attentive to our requests such as putting our luggage, gave us suggestions upon our enquiries how to go to our desired destinations etc.

Both of them greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent assistance throughout my check-in process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the hotel was marred by discomfort due to the poor quality of the bed. The springs in the bed caused significant body ache, something I've never experienced before at this establishment. It's disappointing that such a fundamental aspect of a hotel room was not up to par. I hope the management takes note of this issue and takes steps to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay. Regrettably, my experience with the buffet breakfast at the hotel fell short of expectations as the food was served cold especially the (fried kuehtiaw, fried rice). The chef refused to make an egg omelet when my wife asked for as he says the ingredients has finished but other guest able to get the same dish?

1. Daily housekeeping and making up of room. No issues with it. 2. Toilet/Bathroom is bright and spacious. 3. Room is quiet with a good view. 4. Aircon is cold. 5. Security is very good. When using the lift, need to first scan the room card in order to access the level of the room. There is always some staff/ security personnel at the glass entrance of the hotel. 6. Overall the hotel is in a decent state of upkeep.

1. Internet access through the Wi-fi can be intermittent. Sometimes there is only Wi-fi signal but no internet. 2. A couple of the LED downlights not working. 3. Circuit-breaker box makes very loud clacking noises at times. It also makes similar noises when the card is removed from the slot while leaving the room.

The room is clean and the staff are polite. The location is centralised. Lots of good eating places around the hotel.

Disappointment 😥 😔 Breakfast is too crowded. I came with the breakfast provided. However, due to the crowd and the poor service of the staff, I decided to give it a miss though I stayed there for two nights. Owing to the number of tourists, no one answered to my enquiry. So sad....

The location and environment of the apartment is good. It's very quiet and the scenery is also beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and the scenery from the balcony is very nice.

The water heater isn't good, it's usable but not up to satisfaction. The cooking equipment is also not 100% equipped, the place could use a skillet, a thong and a few ladles. The door knob of 1 of the doors came off with children inside and we had to call the staff to fix it. There are a lot of bugs in the balcony at night, so that's off limets after 7pm.

This hotel is in the best location in Ipoh, close to dining, shopping everything. Rooms were huge and they upgraded our friend to the Junior suite. Breakfast was good, enough choice to keep everyone happy.rooms were exceptionally clean.

Mattress could had been a little softer or perhaps a mattress topper would have helped as mattress definitely to the “firm” .
