Hotel is big and room size is good (neither big nor small). There's iron in closet and bathtub in my room! I chose the seaview or rather strait view and looking at the calm strait makes me grateful of it's serenity. Amenities are okay but wish they were more memorable. I liked that 2 chairs are provided (one at the table and another at coffee table).

The room or even the hotel could use some uplifting to match current times. At the very least, paint job and change of mattress would be a good start. Pillows are great but the mattress belongs in the dumpster (nothing lasts forever). Also, curtains are not black out type so I could still see some light during the day/night.

The room I get have an aircond issues so do complain at the reception and maintenance have a look on it.. Think it's an major issue so they change room for us. Just a suggestion please do checking before release the room to guest. Otherwise everything is perfect and the breakfast Is awesome. Keep it up it's and good service. I feels very satisfied and happy too.

Aircond issues on the first room I get and check in time if it's lil early will be more nicer I think. So that everyone can enjoy shopping and also the restaurant of berjaya waterfront.

Its my second time stay here....overall reach my expectation....receptionist very welcome to all guests with their nice personality.....very recommended to everyone to stay here if you decided to holiday at batam. Easy excess to batam....same level to feri terminal in one building...will stay here again and again if i want to go to batam in future.... The receptionist name siti very well mannered and beautiful ,soft spoken,very humble....keep it the good work....

Parking ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ I stayed here 5 days 4 nights, for 5 days breakfast is the same. Nasi lemak nasi lemak nasi lemak nasi lemak nasi lemak. The difference is only fried bihun / fried noodles / fried kuetiaw 😪 its not ungrateful but please change the menu for breakfast. Maybe nasi lemak, the other day nasi minyak, the following day nasi lain pula. The furniture and toilet piping system need to upgrade. Sink, kepala paip all.

The check in staff and the door men were all fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Top marks for those people. Staff in the Salt n Pepper restaurant were great and the breakfast was nice. Room was big and good. This is a great hotel, good location.

The spa and the shanghai club are run by 3rd parties and are not good. You should probably steer clear of those, but as for the rest of the hotel. Highly recommended

Like the free breakfast with soft/half boil eggs which usually you dont get it for hotel breakfast buffet and helpful staffs. Night time were quiet although there's bar/pub below.

The place is old, quite outdated compared to it's nearby hotels. It's a huge hotel for it size but hardly see any guests around. During my check in at around 4pm, was told that there are no towels, and will be deliver at a later time, had been a frequent travellers and this is the first time experiencing it. Breakfast time feels it's really shortage of staffs as the food keep running low or empty, tables were not cleared and were sitting there for at least 20mins resulting many guests had no choice but to either sit with the used unclean table or shift the used plates & cutleries to somewhere else themselves.

Very calm, welcoming and friendly staff. Very helpful, mindful and great hotel staff. Its my 4th visit this year and its never dissapoint my family. Staff always went extra mile in helping and ensure that we have a great stay. Breakfast is awesome with new menus add in. Thank you again to everyone. front desk and security and room's view was ok

The building and carpark actually quite old already, not recommended if lady stay / walk alone within the building. There's a lot of foreigner or Indian guys walking around, doesn't felt very safe if travel alone. Also soundproof is not that good, there's another door linked to my room, can still hear others people's voice when they talked

The ground staff was very courteous from the entrance to the carpark.

Hiccups in the transaction of my cards. There is a double payment on my dining on the 28dec. Hopefully finance officer could rech me to resolve the matter asap. And perhaps management could fix curtains at the breakfast area .Guests tends to avoid tables with sunshine on it.
