Staffs are super friendly at this place. The room was not bad for the price we paid. It has a lift so it makes my elderly mom's life easier. The place has a mart and restaurant nearby.

The place would look better if the walls were repainted and the room had more hangers.

The room and all are so far very good and clean but I was disappointed when I check out the staff which a malay man check the room and he said he will charge me RM5 from my deposit because the towel we use was abit dirty like black spot or something. My question is of course we use towel sometime it will be dirty then why they charge me RM5?? I have stay at other hotel nothing issues on this towel all 1st time like this. Pls clear this for me thank you.

Staying at this hotel for 3 night and everything is good. The room is big and clean. The hotel hv a lift. There is mini refrigerator which is perfect for anyone who staying more than 1 night, a water dispenser, a tv but only have 4 channel, the air-conditional funtion well and room is cool, wifi with high speed, and water pressure in the toilet also high pressure. They also provide some toiletries. Easily to park your car near at the hotel. You also can get some good food and mini market near to the hotel. Lastly, the receptionist is very kind.

The room is not sound proof. The location is near to the main road and u can hear the sound of vehicle.

Water dispenser provided at ground level (Coway). I like!! Kedai runcit and restaurant also near to the hotel.

Easy to find as it is in front of main road and near to Danga Bay/JB. Accessible for wheelchair user. Plenty of parking. Big room and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Receptionist reminded that iron or hairdryer are upon request. One of the receptionist guy (i assume is not Malay) even went out to help me push my mom’s wheelchair when he saw me outside 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Maybe put up a wall hook in the bathroom.

Spacious room,got hot shower. The reception very responsive 24hours which is a good deal.

The pillow smells sweaty so i ask them change. The toilet smells like musky drain at night maybe due to sewage not properly maintained.

I like the athomesphere, and they way the room is keepeed with clean environment. They have coway water.

The room is small than expected but toilet is spacious. There no food options around.

We are a family of 2a2c, arrived at 9pm. When we got to our room, aircond already turned on and room cool❤️. Wonderful initiative, thank you. Room is set up simple and most importantly, clean. Bed is firm and doesn’t smell. It was perfect, super value for money for one night stay before moving on. keep up the good work!

I checked in very very late...reached the hotel at about 4am!!! Alhamdulillah the staff waited for me. Really appreciated the services. Staff also recommended the food stall just in front of the hotel. Very convenience.

The mattress..felt like sunk mattress. I cant sleep in the centre. Instead i slept more to the side.
