The previous review is underrated. I was a bit suss when i read the review. But still decided to give it a try. And.. it was the best decision ever ! This hotel met our needs ! We had a wonderful stay. I came with my husband and 2 kids. The receptionist - a malay guy was very friendly and welcoming. He even gave us an upgrade ! We got a room overlooking the road/beletime mall. The room is spacious and comfortable. No smell or whatsoever as what have been reviewed. Maybe i got the lucky room. The view, however - been blocked by the vertical pole decorating the front view/face of the hotel. I could hear the sound of the cars and motorcycle at night.. but it was not that bad. We still could get our night sleep though. My kids happy to play the slide at the swimming pool. Breakfast was nice - traditional malay breakfast roti jala sedap. Lots of parking space too. For free.

For breakfast, the menu almost the same during my stays. But I love the restaurant's environment (Melor House by Nurul), they played classics songs in background, the staffs are helpful. I love the coffee machine. The toilet seat comes with temperature control, this is my 1st time experience to find this feature in Malaysia.

The location a bit far from the city centre, have to get grab ride/food. There is a mall in front of the hotel, but have to walk about 15 minutes to cross the road using the pedestrian bridge (no proper walkway from the hotel to the bridge, need to be extra careful. It's quite dangerous as it really near to the main road).

Comfy bed and pillow, spacious room complete with kitchenette, sink, sofa, medium size fridge. Great aircond and the temperature can be adjust. A swimming pool with a basic water theme park concept. Delicious breakfast. Not so much choices of food but just nice for a morning breakfast.

The toilet bowl concept with a modern no classic bidet. It is difficult for kids because the modern auto bidet can detect only adults. The walking path besides the pool also can be improve because the small stones used is a little bit sharp. We have to step only on the square white tiles.

It's been over 20 years since I stayed in the "M" & it hasn't lost its charm. The location & Facilities are actually better then I remember, the Staff are very Professional & helpful, especially Miss Che Che, the Front Desk Receptionist, experienced, helpful, a great introduction to the Hotel. The Rooms are a dream, big, well fitted, all items iron, kettle, fridge etc supplied and the Bed was perfect. The bathroom are in a class of their own, well fitted, wonderful shower and big towels. The Breakfast served in Melor House, which is at the back of the Hotel, is excellent, offering a selection of Local and Western Dishes, well supplied and again, the Staff were excellent!

It would be nice if the TV in the Bedroom, was tuned in properly, with instructions. My only minor disappointment, was that the menu in Melor House which offers a very tasty menu, was in Malay - strange because the intro is in English! May I suggest that a couple of copies are printed off in English it would be very helpful.

I love the room clean and spacious, the pools are kid friendly. very strategic location. The mall are just walking distance.

the staff should not take the clients request lightly. Please be professional and assist even for a small request. But for me no phone in a room is not a light request. I need phone for room service actually. Stayed for 4d3n with no phone (need to go down to counter everytime) in room is quite troublesome.

The location is near Singapore, rooms were clean and spacious

Management have to look into the timeliness of the start of buffet breakfast. Was told to begin at 7am but was not ready till 7.30am, when slowly the staffs were trolleying out the food. Guest have follow up appointments like ourselves. We had tlo leave by 8am, and we were rushing thru our breakfast with whatever was available then.

Big space, clean and nice. Quiet environment. Staff is generally helpful and courteous. Decent breakfast spread.

Breakfast is not warm and can see some ants around the coffee machine. Would be good to have a place at showering area to put the showering gel, etc. had to put them on the showering area floor while bathing

1. No lift from basement parking to reception lobby 2. Electric bidet is nice, but maybe not for me. 3. You have to drive out for dinner. Theres a mall across the street, but you have to walk to get to the pedestrian crossing.

Always my first choice when in JB even pre-covid when it was known as M Suites. Spacious clean room. I was upgraded thanks a lot to a newly refurbished room. Convenient to go anywhere. Breakfast was tasty, not much spread but ok to fill up my tummy.

Need to improve water pressure

The room is big and spacious. I really love it because it was so comfortable and very clean. All the basic amenities included. Close to Danga Bay and city centre. One of hidden gem in JB!

I think can add variety in breakfast selection because it limited. And i was not hating it, but i think not everyone get used of bidet. And if we have baby or toddler, it little bit inconvenience to use.
