The location was good with ample parking space. The room is spacious and very comfortable for Muslim guest to perform your prayer. Not far from food stalls. They have row of food stall with all sort of Malaya food. Also not far from McD outlet. You can either drive or just walk. Very warm welcome by the reception - Mr. Zainal.

The hidden charges. Stated on Booking.com at different rates but I end up at much higher rate.

Quite environment and view

The hidden cost !! Service charge is too much. Mineral water i have to purchase RM4.80 but receive the next morning. Reason given house keeping closed at 10pm. They lock the entrance to the lobby and to outside building and we cannot go out . In case of emergency ? we might be trapped inside . Booking time = RM154 Payment time = RM186

The room was quiet and clean, beds were very comfortable, curtains cut out the light well, water was hot, view was superb, location is good - near to food (by foot), including famous ice kacang in the food court row, and close to the city centre (by car). Although the place is old, it's excellent value for money.

Other than 2 complimentary bottles of water a day, extra water is chargeable. Extra tea and coffee is also chargeable.

Overall the room is spacious and comfortable for 2 adults + 2 kids. Parking is ample. The hotel itself is more than 40 years old however it was given a new life. Reception staff were very welcoming and chirpy even though they probably had to work shifts.

The hotel does not have water dispenser and give out 500ml mineral water every time the room is made, that's all. Also the lift is small so a family more than 4 might have to take turn to take the lift. Can take stairs as alternative if you're up for it.

Staff was very cheerful especially the front desk staff. Room was big and spacious with a very comfortable bed.

The overall maintenance of the hotel, which is in obvious need of some refurbishment. Not that it impeded with my comfort but it would just look a lot nicer if some carpets were replaced and some basic repairs done.

The Staff, I have stayed here a lot over the past years, they are friendly, very professional and helpful, the beds are very comfortable and the location gives easy access to Johor Bahru.

1. The Internet, considering Johor Bahru has 5G, the service in the Hotel is very weak, the further you are from the Office, the weaker the signal. 2. Television - not tuned in, nothing on the channels - if your going to provide something, make sure it works. 3. Water Pressure - counting water drops is not my idea of a good Shower.

I loved the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the room opened to the outside instead of into a hallway. I loved the view from the huge window and the sunsets were beautiful . The king size bed was great as was the huge size of the room.

It’s a bit tired and could do with some upgrades - Stains on the carpet, wall needs painting - because vfm it cost more than 2 nights in a modern apartment that we stayed at beforehand

Peaceful atmosphere because of the secluded location of the hotel.

No breakfast and no lounge. No shops and food joints within walking distance. Need to take Grab in /out. No swimming pool. There seemed to be a sea food restaurant. Can’t comment on this as I did not go into this restaurant. Did not see any other tenants during our stay.

The hotel is located at a place where it is quiet and very peaceful. Ample parking space at the hotel. The room was spacious and most important, enough space for prayer for Muslim guest. View from the room was nice. I got the room facing the straits and overlooking Singapore. Located very nearby to food stalls. You will find all verities of seafood and local dishes. It is also a 5 minutes drive to McD and other eateries along McD outlets.

Spacious room, food from the Chinese restaurant not bad . Room service gd convenient. Fridge provided even 1* hotel.

WiFi reception poor, loud motorcycles pass our hotel along highway. No power point near to bed to charge phone. ONLY 1 access card. 1 * hotel not xpect much. Value for money. No shops nearby to buy necessities, snacks etc.. lift is super small. Ceiling I can reach with my hand. Tall guys will be a challenge.
