Huge, clean and comfortable property with such affordable price (stayed there during the wkday and it was $69/night for such a huge 2 bedroom!). You will need a transport to get there as it’s far from shop/malls. Loveee the big windows.

It’s a nice service apartment i would recommend friends as long as they maintain their cleanliness. Because I’m starting to see defects that were not fixed, lots of bird droppings on walls that were long there and dried up, and not cleaned. Also the balcony in my room had water bottle filled with cigarettes and water that was not removed during cleaning? This property is quite new so it’s still okay but knowing many apartments I’ve been to in JB, their cleanliness deteriorated after awhile. Just hoping this one stays clean and i would definitely come back!

The room is very new, air con is diakin strong powered, the studio apartment is the smallest but is equipped with a kitchenette and utensils for 2, comes with an oven, water boiler, and a big fridge, and 2 electrical stove for cooking! even a kitchen sink, and nice cupboards to keep groceries if planning to cook. There is a grocery store called Joe's Grocer just 5 minutes walk down south. The bedroom bed is comfortable, lenin material is new and have a new television with YouTube and app downloadable. I love the couch seat alot, and it have a nice table for your laptop which you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this peaceful quiet neighborhood. Food like Indian food, Chinese food, Malay food is no problems just opposite the apartments is Bindu Curry House, and about 5 minutes walk down south is Ong Shun Seafood Restaurant, and Sedap Corner, i tried all the restaurants, food is tasty and good fair valued. In my opinion, this place is perfect for all kinds of functions like company focus group meetings, lovers chillout, family holidays, group tour holidays, business sales travels, tourists, Singaporean vacations to get value from your buck, and even for expats from around the world to stay for a period of time before having acertain their long term accommodation.💪👍👍👍 Highly recommended, I were received by the management staff Max, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable about the location and can tell you about the surroundings. I walked south to discover the 3 restaurants, and north to discover a malay goreng pisang store. Many makan places, and Joe's Grocer is down south. There is a club house at 5th floor, with a newly equipped weights training and physical fitness training room, and a swimming pool for people who want to take a dip. As its still very new, 5M floor and 24th floor are still under renovation, so, for people who check in with kids, avoid going to these floors, as there are no railings in 5M, can be dangerous. I suggest the management consider blocking off the lift access to these floors at the moment. As I am a smoker, all of the rooms are non smoking rooms. It would be nice if there are some accommodation for smokers😸

Great location for 3 night transit stop with family - adults and teenagers (late July). Lobby has a good new coffee shop and has WiFi in that area. Suite is spacious and comfortable and ideal for dealing with any jetlag issues/sleep issues due to amount of space. We liked the pool & gym space. Awesome sunsets from the pool. Breakfast was random but a fun memory of our stay. Nearby facilities (walk) - Joe's Grocery Store for supplies, Sedap Corner for awesome food and great price, Lightwood cafe for great food and best customer service. Taxis via Grab app permitted easy and cheap travel to city mall areas (10mins).

The room was clean and comes with nice view, located in a convenient neighbourhood, restaurants can be found in walking distance. Blackout curtains are provided. Front desk staff were nice and polite, no deposit needed. The size of the apartment is large and comfortable.

Everything was great except there’s a rooster down there from the landed house that would start crowing at around 5am till 11am 😂 Sensitive sleepers might be affected but I guess most of the people will be fine with that.

Conveniently located near to the city centre. Close to eateries but in a quiet area. Staff was always helpful, and the room is spotless. This is our 7th stay here. Will continue to book rooms here for future trips.

For reasons unknown, the hotel has cut back on providing hand soap in the bath/toilet. We had to bring in the dishwashing dispenser into the toilet. And even then, the soap was so diluted we couldn't work up a lather.

The building is new and very clean. Really worth it. The free breakfast spread is also delicious. Hopeful the management can keep to this cleanliness.

The ramp towards the 1st and 2nd storey car park is very narrow.

1) Breakfast could have been better --seemed ordinary 2) If the staff could smile a bit, that would add value...everything was organized..but seemed like they were during their duties/job..not very welcoming behavior (of course there was no bad behavior from anyone) 3) I messaged the property multiple times before check-in over several days, but they never replied 4) Limited TV channels, only Malaysian channels (except CNA)..and picture quality was not good 5) No car service from the hotel 6) Away from city centre

I have stayed here multiple times with friends and for my bday with girlfriend as well. Staffs are always friendly, lobby welcoming, rooms always clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, fridge and have necessary plates, bowls, cutlery, detergent. Vanities are supplied, shampoo, shower gel, towels too, room slippers as well, even bins are lined with bag, so bring the minimal. Another wonderful stay, will recommend for above reasons and also recommend for its lovely nasi lemak, ikan bilis and chili during breakfast. They vary breakfast selection, so depending on your luck you might encounter it during your stay. 🙂

- Check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth. Staff were polite, warm and efficient. - Apartment was clean and comfortable with simple and functional furniture e.g. open-style wardrobe/clothes rack afforded enough space to hang clothes while bedside drawers were spacious to keep things. Fridge was strong and good to keep drinks and leftovers. Bathroom toiletries and towels were provided. - The kids' pool was sheltered and had rainfall/waterplay fixtures for kids to play with while swimming. - Complimentary parking was good and convenient.

- Driving up to the carpark can be tricky as the carpark entrance is narrow. Drivers must be extra careful when going in. - Bathroom taps, sprays and toilets were loose and not seemed to be screwed on tightly. The shower knob in the master bathroom was faulty/stuck so we couldn't use the showerhead spray at all. It would also be good to have a place in the wall near/beside the shower area, to put the soap/shower gel/shampoo for easy access while showering. - Only a few spoons were found in the kitchen drawer. There weren't any forks nor knives. - I highly suggest for a laundry room to be built (with washing machines, dryers and detergent) as part of the service amenities. Guests can pay to wash their own clothes.
