The hotel is strategically located within walking distance amenities. This is convenient for travelers. Parking is ample and well-maintained area and shops. Besides the well-kept hotel and good services, I love the idea it is located a few steps away from the mosque and a food station that is opened as early as 6.30am. Breakfast is covered before attending to our early conference for the day. Laundry is convenient too. Excellent Hotel.

The room we checked in do does not have windows. A minor dislike as the room compensated it with large space. we did not feel claustrophobic. It would be great if all rooms have windows to have the sunshine in and fresh air flow in. Maybe can include ceiling fan. As having Aircond most of the time can be unhealthy.

Everything was great—the hotel was clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently close to main attractions, which made it manageable. However, I do have one small piece of feedback (not a complaint). Our room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a bit stuffy at times, but since we stayed for just one night, it wasn’t a major issue. I believe if the room had a window, it would have been perfect! Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

i am looking a hotel with clean room, as not like a big city, no luxus or extra facilities expected. from this point, the hotel meets my reqirement and the personal working there are very helpful and freindly. i made a mistake by booking, i called the hotel, they helped to correct the date, so everything is ok. there is no breakfast, but no problem and can eat the local food in other street side. if you don't like local food, then the cafe nearby will be a good choice. there is a supermarket and 7/11, can be reached by feet in few minutes. in total, i am satisfied with the hotel and will stay there again when i travel to Perlis.

the Mosque on the other street side made a lot of laut sing or others sound, can be heard with closed window.

1. I like that this hotel is new and it is very clean. 2. The location is very strategic, close to the nearby shops. 3. I also like the cafe at the lower level where. Various foods and drinks can be ordered.

1. After booking, I just realized that the room that I booked does not have any window. I think a room with a window will be better. 2. The toilet door lock in my room is quite loose. 3. There is no cold water in the shower room (only hot and warm).

The room is air-conditioned. The bathroom is divided into the washing basin, the shower room, and the toilet. I appreciate the setting because it is clean. I am very impressed by Caffe Diem beside the lobby on the ground floor. I am not sure whether if affiliates to the hotel, but the dish, especially the fish and chips is fantastic.

There was some noise from the mosque just on the other side of the street in the evening. I think the hotel should take measures to mitigate the adverse effect of the noise.

Location is quite near to the train station, we just took Grab from the station and it costed us around 7 ringgit. Beside, and connected to the hotel is a cafe with delicious foods, pastries and coffee. Very convenient. A short walk across the street is a breakfast place (alsagoff) and char kuay teow place for dinner. They serve delicious foods too esp the breakfast place that opens up at 7am and have many stalls and food choices. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The reception is very responsive to requests. Veey good service

I probably overlooked the room description, but our room didnt come with windows. Luckily the room is quite spacious so we didnt feel too cooped up.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was located at a strategic place. Near to couple of warungs, restaurants, shops and mosque. The room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when we plan to come to Perlis again.

One of the towel had some yellow stain. Just make sure it’s washed thoroughly.

Comfortable beds, ample sized bathroom/toilet and simple room layout. Size of room is also comfortable for the no of guests The cafe adjoining to the hotel is definitely a plus point

Housekeeping of the room needs improvement. Noticed that our room was not swept and used mugs not cleaned. The comforter for king sized bed too small.

Facilities, staff and location. Really nice to stay alone or come with large group. Got cafe below the hotel and Mr DIY beside it which very convenient. All facilities also come with brand new and modern look. The staff also very helpful.

The room smell - I have two rooms booked. One for my brother and his wife and I got another room. My brother's room has weird smell while mine has cigarette smoke odor. I just hoped they can do something about the odor. Please put some air refresher or spray something.

Spacious room! really love it. the interior also very nice. overall excellent in all aspect. got 15% voucher for the diem cafe. provide a praying mat (very excellent) for the guest. aircond sejuk, toilet bersih.

Would be better if got iron in the room. tp boleh request if nk iron n the hotel staff akan hantar ke bilik. so not so bad about that hehe.
