Accommodating service - I requested rooms on the ground level as my grp members and I were not able to go up the stairs. This was provided despite the different room type. Tq for the consideration & adjustment made. Convenient location - nearby self-laundry, restaurants, 7E - all within walking distance. Managed to park in front of the hotel - so convenient.

Location convenient. Room size comfortable for solo traveller.

Shared iron placed in common area but no place to hang clothes. Suggest to put railing or hooks. One of the towel doesnt smell good although clean.

Very clean and neat building and room. Looks well maintained. Staff are also friendly.

Was a little worried about privacy as our unit is on ground floor - there is a very little gap at the bottom of the window which looked like people can peek at our room from outside.

Strategic location. Walking distance from KPJ Perlis and Restoran Idaman Ayu Ceria 2.

New hotel so almost everything about it is perfect. I love the location the most, restaurants and 7e they are just at the opposite of the road, love the building exterior design looking aesthetic and stylish, love the hallways, feel safe to stay here, I love how humble the Chinese couple owner is they smile to the customers. Especially the lady. Overall, I feel very happy and satisfied for my 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel. Very recommended.

I booked 1 queen bed but they gave me 2 single beds instead. During registration, the receptionist said my room still got customers inside they extended their stay which I feel not so happy about it. They should prioritize my booking first before let the other customers extend their stay. Other than that, it would be better if the hotel provide complimentary tea and coffee since the tea cups were there.
