Suasana hotel sangat bersih dan selesa..staff mesra dan always ready to serve you.

saya stay untuk 3 night di hotel ini.But their did not tidy my bed&change my blanket every day,i use its for 3 day.My bed as same like i left it before.

strategic location, parking available

not suitable for senior citizen as need to climb the stairs. water heater not functioning so well which the water suddenly become very hot. breakfast provided before but not in buffet, need to choose one set of breakfast only.

Its worth the money we spent

The toilet could be better in terms of cleanliness. The room was too small despite being a two queen size bedroom

Room is so clean and smells nice 👍🏻 room and the bathroom also spacious. Bed is comfy, everything provided during the stay works properly. Strategic location. Easy parking. Sangat lurveee ❤️

Location is close to Terminal Feri Roro. Breakfast is tasty and big portion. Parking space is available. Staff very friendly

Need to climb the stairs. So if you are using trolley luggage, need to be prepared

Just very minor things such as no tissue provided and power cord of kettle was not designed for malaysian socket.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They also give us list of hot-spot place that we can go.

There's no tissue toilet provided.

-stairs only no lift -cannot extend hours although request to pay
