The Zuley Heritage is my favorite Perlis hotel. Even if I have things to do in Kangar or elsewhere in Perlis, I prefer to stay at Zuley. The staff are so sweet and helpful, I just love them all. Rooms are basic but spacious and clean. I have plenty of room to 'organize' myself. Plus mini fridge, tea kettle and window (for people watching ;) ), make Zuley Heritage perfect for me. The location, of course, is convenient as it's just a 2 minute walk to the ferry building and taxis (as well as GRAB taxis) will usually come in a blink of an eye. ** There is a 7-11 out of view of the hotel so many don't know it's there... so if you also need a 7-11 it it just down the road a bit (5 minute walk north).

It’s the best hotel! Great location - very close to ferry. The building and decor are exceptionally tasteful and the place is surrounded by lots of well tended plants and flowers - there is a lot of love invested. The staff was sweet and helpful, the room spacious and clean, great aircon and even a fridge. For the low price unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommended !!

All was great

Near Jeti Kuala Perlis, it's just a short walk to get there, making it convenient for those heading to Langkawi by ferry. The hotel provides its own parking space, eliminating the need to park elsewhere. If you're looking for a quick meal, there's a nearby KFC within walking distance—perfect for those who prefer not to drive. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with exceptionally helpful customer service.

This area experiences congestion during peak hours due to its proximity to Jeti Kuala Perlis but is quiet at night.

So close to the ferry port. There are eateries close by but we struggled to find veggie food but Grab delivery was easy. Big room with clean bedding. Good place to spend a night. Excellent value for money.

Bathroom was not so clean. Hairs in sink and shower and soap scum in the shower. It wasn’t filthy but not very clean. Mattress was too soft for us but that is just about preference.

We only stayed waiting for the ferry next day. Close enough from the bus and ferry terminal to walk to, plenty of food options available outside within 5 mins walking and a nice quiet area to stay in for the evening. Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here if you are waiting for the morning ferry.

Kuala Perlis isn’t really a place to visit, we were just staying overnight to get the morning ferry to Langkawi. The hotel was 5mins from the ferry however it was just slightly away from main hussle and bustle so was convenient but also quiet. Hotel was cheap but still a good standard for what you paid.

The door lock.. It's an old type..hard to open and lock. Suggest to upgrade the door lock if not for all, do it in stages.. It's a good investment. The bed rocks and produced a rocking sound ha ha ha..

The location. It's just 5 minutes walk from main jetty to Langkawi. Food outlets can easily be found. Food prices especially the local dishes like ikan bakar are quite popular here.

You have to climb a stair to reach the room. Quite troublesome if you have heavy baggage to carry up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the ironboard and fridge, which made my stay even more convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a great experience!
