Location Environment

Limited options for breakfast. Please improve the taste of nasi lemak...very mild.

The hotel environment and the emenities were very good compared to other HSM franchises, but except Seremban one. Our stay is so relaxing and enjoyable. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort as well as the value of adequate spaces and adorable and calming environment.

The air conditioner unit operating in my room made me a little uncomfortable because it made some noise, probably because of the old condition of the air conditioner.

Added provision on room hospitality specifically a single settee chair and the waste bin for the room.

Firstly, the 'small' plastic stirrer stick doesn't able to serve well on making of the coffee drink. It bent after slight moment of stirring!. Secondly, the tap for the wash hand basin is TOO short for a proper washing.

The room was so comfortable and friendly with users. The receptionists were so kind and professional while doing their tasks. The pool is clean and big and can fix more people at one time.

Hotel management needs to add more light or change the color of the light because the room feels dark. The guest must turn on all the lights while staying in the room during the day.

As with any other Seri Malaysia hotels, the room is quite big...it can easily fit us...the family room has 1 queen and 1 single bed which is enough for us to be comfortable...the pool is good and the breakfast is nice...

Not many variations on the breakfast buffet menu...the single toaster is quite troublesome to use especially when you have a lot of people having breakfast at the same time...other than that, everything was ok...

The hospitality was excellent, strategic location, far from roadside. The room given was spacious, ironing board and iron were provided as well.

Low shower pressure, noisy aircond sometimes the water from aircond splashed out while we were sleeping.

The staff is friendly but not every staff is helpful

Asked for a hairdryer and i called registration counter unfortunately I needed to find the staff by myself and there was no contact number provided. End up i decided not to use that.

- The spaciousness - The coziness - The location, as it is near the town with village vibe - The hills view, because it is kind of unique - The paddy field of course

- Perhaps the cafe could be more lively - The decoration somehow doesn't looks inviting; maybe because the entrance looks a bit dark - The hills view behind the pool is exquisite and creepy at the same time.

clean room!

besides the few more stepsss walking i have to take from the lobby to get to the only lift that access to our room because the lobby and the room is not at the same block everything is fine.Our room is facing the green hill as per request upon check in so the walking is worth to the highest floor they give as requested.

I like the surroundings and the hotel location which is very quiet and calm. Good place to wind down.

The wet bathroom floor took a very long time to dry up (esp at night,) even though the extractor was on all through the night.
