It was overall very good and very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Water heater was great the first 2 days but on the last day the water was not hot anymore. The was a water dispenser for hot and cold water which was great Ample parking. The staff prepared a list of places to eat which was very helpful.

The only comment is that the room only had one plug point which was a bit tricky when it comes to charging our hps, ipads etc. The room was a bit small and I got with no window. I did not like the fact that we had to iron at the corridors. So bring a travelling iron if you plan to iron your clothes.

The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were ironing boards at the corridor but I needed to wear something thin. It might get a bit hot because there were no fans or air circulator at ironing board area. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants and places to go to. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The ironing board is a bit hot when I got started ironing a few pieces of clothing. Might need to install some fans.

Wish given 2 access card instead of one as it also serve power outlet. There is no kettle in the room so have to go to the elevator area to get hotwater but at the same time have to remove access card so power cut in the room each time. Not efficient having the power cut each time if you have something charging or requires power in the room. Having a window for the room would have been nice. All else, its ok.

Parking very easy without any worries about town council summon, located around many eatery places as if the places are tailored made for the hotel. The rooms provided the best hot shower with rain affect plus sufficient body shampoo, not those tiny soap bars given by others for the room price.

You have the expect the room to be small and minimalist in designed, room as big as those budget hotel rooms in the island nations😝. Iron and water filter machine are located outside the room.

Everything was good. The staff were all polite, and the hotel was clean — I believe it’s a new hotel. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but everything else was good and fine. As for toiletries, they only provide shampoo and body wash.Near to mini supermarket.They also provide water filter outside so no need to buy mineral water and they also provide mineral water in room as other hotel.

Maybe can add toothbrush also for toiletries.

The property ( in general ) is very clean. Staff attending to us were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed and the room is very clean. Also, plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. As for food, plenty available within walking distance. Very happy with the decision to stay here at Ants Hotel during my viait to Perlis.

very good..neat and tidy..clean..no smoking .very close to restaurant at the main road of the hotel ..you can find nasi lemak bungkus...with .gulai ikan..nasi ganja...ABC..cendol..daging panggang Danok...capati labu sayong, roti canai..etc. The staff is always smile..and easy going...somehow I can check-in earlier ..that the most unbelievable and superb ..cos we are travelling long time to reach K.Perlis..so I am very..very satisfy to ANTS HOTEL

honest staff. my dad left his wallet in the room.after checkout the staff called us and return the wallet intact. comfortable room for family of three as the bathroom has a dry changing section. location is great with plenty of food options (not restaurant) by the main road

slippery bathroom floor tiles. risky for senior citizen. although there is a rubber mat underneath towel for drying feet, the area where the floor gets wet can get slippery.

1. Standard room has no kettle, coffee/tea inside (given only for executive room). Has to take from water dispenser near lift. Which is not convenient having small baby having to make milk middle of the nite.

The location is superb. Many good eating places along the main road. The hotel is also near to the town center. The area is quiet. Ample parking & free.

Water heater in our room was not working properly. The water was not hot. Reported twice. Wish we could get extra pillow.
