I stayed there once and I like it so much

However when I booked for second time / second trip, suddenly I received a called saying there is double book. I do not understand why it is happened but I managed to find other place. Friend told me maybe Booking.com is having problem but I disagree because a week later when I use the same booking method in Kuching, all good. I just came back from Cameron, yes no problem. Now I doubt about Fyna. For my next trip I cancelled the booking and change other hotel. I bring along friends so I cannot face over booking anymore

Location was good and easy to find. Have a good environment for lobby for every floor and beautiful place to rest. I really love when we can check in early and can pay using a card. A room really spacious and comfortable. Also really good can use lift when we have heavy luggage.

The light at the entrance is not working.

Plenty of parking space. The host was really nice and friendly. The room is spacious and cozy. The interior decor was beautiful. There is even a cafe on the second floor. Did not expect such a good service for such a low price.

Everything! The staf very polite and profesional, the food at ground floor restaurant so tempting and delicious, the environtment very safety and room affordable and nice. Me and friends stay 5 nights and we are very happy with our stay.

Above our expectation for a motel. So beautifully decorated, has its own cafe tht open until 10pm, has its own little convenience store, elevator, coffee maker, coway at each floor, clean, novel collection at waiting area n lobby, ironing place at each level, lots of parking space, spacious room, water pressure was good

Cant find one

The deco was very nice. There's a coway machine for drinks refill. There're a lot of eating places nearby. Very convenient

The aircond was a not that cold. Maybe because of the hot weather season.

Got coway! It is really good. Lift provided. Facilities is okay. Wifi at lobby is excellent but not in room. Very slow wifi in room. Toilet is clean

good location and good hotel even good staff. i always stay at this hotel whenever i visit perlis . I really enjoy with my stay.

there were knocking and sound of someone using a hammer at night. need better soundproofing or let nearby neighbor know not to do woodworking at night
