1) We checked in after office hours, and it's easy to find parking. Otherwise, you can park in the paid parking area by the taxi stand, next to the hotel. 2) This hotel is very strategic for food lovers. It's right in the town surrounded by many cafes within walking distance. 3) The hotel is very clean. We got a clean bathroom and bed for a comfortable night's rest. 5) The air conditioning temperature in our room can be adjusted. However, only the water heater is a bit tricky to adjust. 6) Many have commented on the steep stairs. For us, the stairs were not an issue because we traveled light, had no knee problems, and our children could climb and descend the stairs easily.

Great location! There are many eateries nearby within walking distance, as well as at least two supermarkets (The Store and Pasar Raya Borong Din AS). Finding a parking spot is easy too. The front desk staff member is super friendly and helpful; he greeted us with a big smile and provided useful information.

Actually, there's not much to complain about, except that it would be great if the hotel could provide a hair dryer.

The room is quite big for 3 guests. The room is clean and easy to access. The location is easy and nearby to the restaurant and mini market.

It's hard to find parking due to this hotel's building just a shop lot. The elevator is not provided and the stair is dangerous too. My room has no water supply in the morning. I'm very disappointed. Also need to pay a deposit when to check in.

Basic accommodation, within walking distance to KFC, coffee shops & cafes. Staff was helpful and friendly. Value for money (2 queen beds) can fit a small family in 1 room. Very few hotels/ motels in Kangar have this room type

Was informed about a problem with the toilet sink when checking in and they were trying to get it fixed. Could also cause slight water seeping out from the room flooring. Informed the staff about this and hope they can fix this in the future

I had a very satisfying experience during my stay at this budget hotel. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean rooms truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being a budget option, the hotel didn't compromise on comfort or quality. The convenient location near popular attractions and amenities made my trip even more enjoyable. 1-the hotel is in the center of the city (near the taxi station) 2-clean room (air conditiond) and the toilet is clean 3-there is also wifi & astro (limited chanel) 4-there are kettles, glasses and cups but no complimentary 3+1 drinks (3+1 drinks and instant noodles are sold at the receptionist) 5-staff ok, the process for registration is fast.

Parking-there is no dedicated parking for the hotel but you can park at the taxi station for RM2/day. There is NO LIFT at the hotel and the stair is quite steep. Hard mattress and we have problem with our water heater,inform the receptionist but no action taken from the management to repair it.

It was tad bittt dodgy 😅, security was very minimal so I will not recommend any solo female traveller to stay here
