I am highly impressed with the exceptional value provided at this villa. The facilities offered are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the low price point makes it an outstanding option. It truly offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking both quality and affordability

It is recommended that a pool guard be present at all times when the pool is open to ensure the safety of all guests. Additionally, enhancing the overall quality of the facilities would significantly improve the experience and contribute to a more enjoyable stay.

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.

No food and drinks allowed in the pool area. (There is a pool bar with seats in the water...if it worked would be brilliant).

I love the breeze of the ocean & the sound of the wave crashing into the sand just a few steps away from the villa. The view was amazing.

It was over pricey for RM694/night. 1. We need to call for room service after 5 minutes of checked-in due to the floor was too dusty. 2. We called maintenance team to repair the sliding door because it was stucked and too hard to open. 3. The private swimming pool caused eye irritation & our white shirt changed color to red. I believe due to high chlorine.

Like that it near to the beach. And very private.

That parking space is limited, the family in the next villa bring too many car, they are blocking the entrance to our villa. And they don't feels sorry at all. No hot water in the tub and the kitchen sink is leaking. The sliding door from the living to the balcony cannot open.

-Everything is fine. -Can park 2 cars. -The private pool VERY SATISFYING. -Large house space.

-The toilet is clean but smells and has cockroaches. -The sink in the main bathroom is clogged. -No foot mat -The sliding door in the master bedroom and the sliding door facing the sea cannot be opened.

Rooms was cleaned and staff response to request was great. Big unit during our stay and great sea view.

1.Should have 2 floor mat since got 2 toilet. 2. Suggest to have cement walkway from pool to accomodation block or have a pipe water in front so can wash feet before entering the lift so it will not make a mess to the floor and to the room.

The staff were really lovely and so friendly. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The location was excellet as we could still find a shortsit to the one center.

Breakfast was pretty good but there wasnt that much to eat for an European. Maybe the hotel doesent get that many of us/them. :) 😀 😃 but we didnt go hungry either.

The staff was very responsible & fulfill our all request.

The air conditioner for my first night villa was terrible....lastly we have a stand fan before technician come to fix it.(But luckily at last the staff change another sea view villa for us!)

The apartment was very spacious and had a great view of the sea and pool. The spa bath was a great addition too. For the money we were very happy!

It was a little dated but we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay immensely.

everything ok, i like because front of beach.

must upgrade that property facility like mini lamp at pool side for better night swimming. can put something deco at back garden. Paint or change that outside ceiling fans. maintenance that back door. That all sorry about my experience its good, but. I just want you upgrade for better next custm experience to come. maybe i’m come again. 🤭
