I like the fact that it was very centrally located so it's easy to like get a cab or a taxi in and out there's a grocery store like less than 100 m away you're very close to things that you need to grab quickly like pharmacies and such the room was also pretty clean it was kind of modern a little on little on the small side though but it had most of things you needed like a little mini fridge to source items. Had some space to put things the shower is nice and clean the beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was really friendly when we asked him about it's getting some local info.

Some things I didn't like was the room was a lot smaller than we imagined but it usually is like that there's not 6 space to hang. The drying rack in the bathroom for your towels is like right above the toilet so if you're kind of tall it's going to hit you in the face next the way they did the beds they put two pads in the one but I would say if they do that make sure they have it perpendicular to how you sleep so you don't feel like the middle part and the place doesn't have a lot of amenities on site at least for the room we had.

We stayed for 4 nights to this lovely hotel. This accommodation is very clean, the staff is very polite and is totally bug free, which is a big thing for kota kinabalu. The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfy and the air conditioning is very strong and well maintained so no clogged noses the morning! Special thanks to Mr Sha ( probably i misspelt the name). This gentleman was so polite and, with his positive attitude, always was there to help if a minor problem arise.Also, the place is literally by feet 2 mins from city centre/ night market, 5 mins from the port and the maul and is surrounded with many 24/7 convenient stores. I saw that they organised tours, cruises etc but we didn't do any so i don't have any more details about that. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel was very good as a tourist coming in to visit. It is close to many eateries and attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly, and would help with any requests as best they can.

The blankets could have been a little bigger, but that is a personal preference. The bathrooms should have a divider (on the floorings) between the wet and dry areas so that we can put the bath mat in the bathroom.

The location is very convenient for finding good restaurants and Orange/711. The cleaness is ok. Water pressure is very good. 24h front desk and safe luggage drop service before checkin and after checkout. The price is very fair for this stay.

The shower is not separated from the toilet. They don't provide rubbish bins outside the lobby, so you needs to be careful that when u smoking no littering allowed on the ground. Caps will fine u 30RM if caught. Give u this waning cause I were caught though I think they only target for tourists especially in the morning.

I love the smell of the hotel lobby! Front desk assistance were so nice and helpful! They cater for my late check in efficiently. The room was good and enough and the price justified for the space that you get. On my last day, my flight were delayed and they are so generous extending my checkout for one and a half hour without any charges. They also are willing to keep my luggage for a while for me to catch up some lunch. Overall very nice, strategic and wonderful experience here! Not to mention this place is at the centre of KK and everywhere is 10 mins walk away!

The shower pipe were somehow dirty and have some residue that needed to be clean up. But no worries just make your way to the front desk and ask for their assistance. Would be nice to be able to call the front desk from room instead of having to come down. But no worries it's only 3 floor. Room can be quite noisy and can hear other people when they walk/children playing outside.

great location right in the heart of town. rooms were clean and comfortable. they provided coffee and tea for a budget hotel which is unexpected. having a water cooler at the lobby was a nice touch as it was very hot during our stay. So to have ice cold water to cool you down was a plus.

nothing much to complain about for the price we paid, but if there was anything to nitpick, we can only say the rooms were a little small, but still adequate. The hotel cleverly has a long shelf just behind the door which is perfect for the small luggage. in the end even though the room was small, the right layout helped prevent the room from feeling small.

Staff, location's, friendly and smiles, very helpful, local make you feel home, closed to everywhere, supermarkets, ferry boat toisland walking distance, Amazing place, clean most important safe talk around, but things will happen anywhere we go, to me very safe. Any help, just ask reception will direct you the smiles angels, I love them. Many restaurent around and they know which the best and not expensive. My second time, to be honest, from kotakinabalu walking through forest's alone almost 3 hrs, it was scar, but I did it hahas. One love

the location was great! most of the tourist spots are walking distance. Near to the Gaya Street Market. The staffs are welcoming and friendly, great value for money.

Nothing on the hotel, but one of the occupant smoke in the room (it is a non-smoking hotel) and I think due to the ventilation and the aircond system, our room was filled with cigarette's smell from that room and it was suffocating to breath! Luckily the staffs were accomodating and gave us another room to sleep for couple of hours before we checked out for our early morning flight. Hopefully the hotel management can be more strict with the 'no smoking policy'.

Good value for money. Location is good. You can find lots of eateries, banks and malls within 300m radius. Amenties in the room are adequate and level of cleanliness is acceptable. My room has usb port.

Separation of shower and wash basin/ toilet is by a plastic curtain that hangs about 3 feet off the ground and so expect water to splash all over the bathroom. Water pressure is good.

1. Small room, but if you’re travel alone its should be OK. 2. Water stagnates on the floor of the bathroom after shower and quite sometimes. Management should look in to this. Quite danger if the bathroom floor slippery. 3. Bad signal of the internet on mobile phone. Alternatively the hotel provides the wifi. I’ll prefer to use my own internet connection rather than wifi provide by hotel for security reason.
