The room was clean but there is a hair on the sink in the bathroom. It would be better they check first before the customer check in.
I did ask for the service of the towels on my second day of my stay but it turned out disappointed after I came back to my room. However, after calling to the receptionist, they did change the towels for me. For me, it would better if they check again and dun simply say already change.

The location is favourite is near to night street market and at this price is very favourable since it is near to the city center. Also the hotel clealiness have done a good improvement compared to my last stay.

You're under remodeling and sometimes it was loud. But, hey, we all need updates and I didn't mind at all.

Very nice hotel and accommodating staff specially Nathan who assist me in check inn and do all my request very polite an dkind staff I like the room so clean and nice very relaxing to stay

Easy to reach
The staff is not friendly at all. No polite attitude. No welcoming gestures to a customer. & HE do gives us a bitchy looks when asking for IC and all. And i wonder WHY in the apps shows we only have to pay RM144 after booking is made but when we are paying at the counter, they asked RM155 instead.

the hotel's location is super excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly too, they welcome us like the hotel is our home, the room, bed and the bathroom is clean and nice and worth for price, will come here again for my next stay for sure

The location is near pudu bus station. I stayed for work purpose so easy for me to commute back to Seremban.
The bathroom. The floor is not flat. My husband’s toe injured and bleed. So please be careful in the toilet guys.

The beds are super comfortable, Ana is super fun and amazing.
The bathroom could be better, it might be extra noisy some nights.
