the location is amazig, (get 31 01 L/R room - you will have an amazing view) The room was decent size, had a kitchenette (stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, sink), a wet room/bathroom (hair drier - make sure it works), AC/TV. next to the room there is a pocket garden that is amazing, the pool is amazing too, and a decent size, plus the 39 floor teras is to die for.

The staff was almost useless, our hair dryer exploded (yeah, almost electrocuted me) and it took 3 days, 4 different receptionist, to get a hairdryer sent to us... at 6am (that had to be intentional). And be prepared to beg for toilet paper, as the room is cleaned every 4 days- and not really properly, and you will ran out of the 1ply quite often. And there is a lot of time spent waiting for the elevator (this one is noones fault, just be aware)

Great view from the room and also the infinity pool at the roof. I appreciate that the pool was open from early morning till midnight, closed only during rain. Room is spacious, beds comfy and the window seat great place to relax. The building has few floors with little hidden gardens, gym, cafe shop and washing service. Walking distance from light rail service.

Our bins were smelly and overflowing at the end of our stay, as no one came to empty them. I don't need freshly made beds or freshly cleaned bathroom every day, but cleaning the bins at least every second day would be nice..

The view was incredible! Really stunning to look out at the skyline. The pool is also amazing. It was an amazing time.

The music at the pool was often a bit intense. Football chants over a heavy baseline etc, it would have benefited from a more lounge vibe. Additionally the lifts could have done with being optimised, they often went past the floor you were on without stopping meaning you have to wait a few minutes each time. Not a massive issue but inconvenient.

Incredible view from the room and from the pool above. Especially at night it looks amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to a famous street market and also other central attractions. Not far from the public transport. Everything was great!

The staff was quite inattentive during check in and check out.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the highlight for me was the stunning view from the sky garden on the 39th floor and the infinity pool on the 37th. Perfect place to relax and take in the city skyline!

Its very comfy. Would prefer if our rooms is facing the KL tower. But yeah its ok

I booked 3 rooms and I was told to pay RM200 deposit per booking. But when I arrived, the receptionist said I have to pay RM200/room. So please make sure all of your staff have the right information to be told to the customers. The staff are not really friendly too. Sorry not sorry

Both me and my friend love the minimalist interior design of the room. TV channels are super clear and not just that you can also log in to your Netflix account if you want to just chill in the room and do movie marathon. The winner for the stay is about the view, from the room,to the pool and also from the pocket garden is super stunning. Honestly speaking this place is a gem. Last but not least, special thanks to Nurain for being so kind to have accommodate to our late check out request. Overall the stay was wonderful.

The room cleanliness wasn't up to my expectation. Could found dust everywhere, hair on the floor and also inside the closet. And perhaps at least could provide hand soap as well in the room. Hope this could be improved.
