The apartment was huge and comfy. The view in the city, pool and park amazing. For Kuala Lumpur very quiet location but you can easily reach the main spots in 10 minutes. We loved the pool and playground. The kitchen is nice and the washing machine helpful. The small restaurant I can recommend. Gibson (housekeeper) was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment needs some maintenance to keep it up-today. We talked about that with Gibson and he promised to talk to the owner about some improvements.

Loved the spacious apartment with wonderful views of the park and tower from our balcony. Enjoyed the pool so much in between exploring day trips around KL. Really handy also to have a bakery, mini mart and cafe located on the ground floor of the building as well as the amazing Pampas Reserve Steakhouse with the most incredible selection of yummy foods. The airport transfer service was fantastic too.

Nothing to dislike as we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon Residence. Gibson the apartment manager was attentive and helpful prior to us arriving in KL and answered any questions we had.

1. The 3BR/2Bath layout was perfect for our family of 5. The A/C worked well, and the city view out the balcony was great. 2. We loved the 3 pools outside the 10th floor 3. There are 4 on-site establishments for meals & snacks, all of them good quality & well-priced.

We had to walk a good 15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Masjid Jamek), and this is not a very pedestrian-friendly city. If you plan to take a taxi/Grab everywhere, this will not be an issue for you.

I had a fantastic stay there as we were upgraded to a more spacious unit, which was a corner lot with a great view of the city and some greenery. Our host was a very gracious man who made sure we parked at the right spot, and even made an effort to show us around the apartment unit.

Extremely helpful host, very responsive. Very clean, fully equipped apartment. Great value for money we found. Good location, close to everything. Also had great experience with catching a Grab from the front of the apartment, quite cheap.

Not much to say here. In one of the rooms, you could hear the elevator going up and down all the time. That's about the only negative thing.

It was the 2nd time I stayed here with my family. We like the spacious apartment which suits family or group of friends that can hangout in the living room together. It has the facilities for kids such as Netflix and pool. The location is great that few mins of walk takes you to restaurants and bars in Butkit Bintang.

It was just an amazing property with everything you need for a perfect KL holiday. Proximity, cleanliness, view, well everything is exceptional. Gibson and Ethan were just amazing and are exceptional persons always here to help. I definitely recommend and will surely come back every time I visit KL

We had a good stay. Apartment was clean, very spacious and comfortable. We were assisted by Gibson and he was super nice and accomodating. It's walkable to Bukit Bintang. We will definitely book this place again and would love to recommend to relative and friends.

Everything is nice and comfortable, unique and hommie interior. Complete facilities and comfortable units for staycation, I had the chance to extend my stay in this unit. Highly recommended...!!

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms worked well for us. Pool and playground were good.

Linen could do with replacing. No tea towels / hand towels and had to buy toilet paper.
