My stay was super amazing! The location is so convenient. The hotel is pretty much walking distance to a nearby 7/11 store and other stores. There is an in-house international ATM. I was able to use the Mastercard on it. So convenient. The elevator doesn't take too long to wait for. The breakfast buffet was super yummy and filling! The garden pockets are so peaceful and picturesque. There is an in-house business lounge spacious enough. Our room was also quite spacious and very clean and smelt okay. Room service boys were really friendly and helpful. The pool is clean so I had a lovely morning dip with my husband. They provided pool towels too which was great. Our kitchen had a microwave, mini-fridge, full cutlery, kettle, cups and plates and so much more. There was plenty storage space in the kitchen and in plenty cupboard space with enough clothing hangers. WiFi speed is fast and there were no issues at all with the connection. They also provided enough toilet papers and other bathroom goodies.

The views from my room were fabulous. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were amazing, loved the food up there, the music and ambience and views at night. Location is great, a short walk to the Petronas Towers, but very centrally located and easy as a navigation point. Close to the KL Tower. Loved the little garden and chill-out areas on various floors. Nice breakfast area. Rooms of a decent standard of quality. Good value for money.

The lifts always take a long time - it's a large hotel with many floors, so unavoidable, but could be frustrating at busy times. Breakfast selection is a little lacking.

Long waiting for lift - due to crowded during peak hours Room need to maintain the cleanness, floor wasn't clean properly can seen dust and dirt. Toilet bowl can seen yellow dirt stain which didn't clean for sometimes Cleanness is much needed to maintain the room quality for guest.

Style of the hotel… sky pool was great but the water so dirty

When I turn on the AC for the first time, the dust came out from AC and make bed dirty And when I swim, the water of pool so so so dirty. And the host not friendly

Amazing view from the roof top pool, great location, good breakfast and nice people. Providing towels at the pool and small market store directly in the hotel were very appreciated on our side.

There was canalization smell in the room during almost whole stay. Also, cleaning of room only once per 3 days is not very fortunate, leading to guests running out of e.g. toilet paper etc.

The hotel had a great location with a beautiful view of the Petronas towers and other buildings. The man at reception was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. They provided a very good breakfast with omelettes made to order. We were within walking distance to many markets. Everything was very modern. A superb hotel at an exceptional price.

The view from the room was breathtaking. We could sit in front t of the window and eat. All the facilities that were included were great. I love that they have kitchen utensils and what not. Breakfast was nice. Parking was okay.

In the beginning they put us in a suite that is not ready, was just finished painted and smelled of paint so much. But then, they move us swiftly.

We had a great time in this property and we will definitely book it again whenever we visit KL again. Location is excellent. We covered mostly of the tourist attractions by walk as most of the KL destinations are 20 to 30 minutes walk away from this property. Everything was good. Staff is also very supportive

Overall it was great, would stay again. Pool was stunning but not enough seating. Rooftop garden was beautiful, amazing views day & night.

Bed was very hard, rainfall shower was great but also needs hand-held shower head. 99% of staff were fantastic, only 1 was rude.

Lift have problem when i stay on 3 days Have 4lift but 3 only working.. Management just silent for wekend days Also change and give different room to me and never inform .. not comfortable for my family parent my kids and my wife preggy 5 month for day 1 on 05/07/24 I booking 3 days before i stay but have dificult to my family
