I loved the spaciousness of the apartment, washing machine, bed and snook by the window. There is a shop on the ground floor which sells everything at a reasonable price. The Petronas Twins is around a 15 min walk from apartment. The sky pool is amazing with great views of the KL Tower.. host is very responsive by whatsapp. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I would the shower leaver needs a good scrub.

Nice room, nice view, friendly staff, great pool and gym. Good location.

The only thing I can complain about is the waiting time for elevator. For this number of floors there are only four and you need to always wait. Besides this everything is very good.

They had same day laundry service, which was great for me as I was doing a lot of traveling. My room looked exactly like the picture which was great. Location is very walkable, I walled to everything except for when I was tired. I usually wipe down the hotel room with wipes before I settle down and the wipes for my room came back mostly clean, cleanliness makes me comfortable.

I didnt find any extra toilet paper in the room and had to use my pack of tissues since I only had one more night before check out. The ac had some issues. Some days it would work, some days it wouldn't, it would just shut down. I'm not sure if I had it on the wrong settings but I didn't change anything when I came into the room. Maybe if you're familiar with malaysian ac remotes you'll have better luck😊

Washing machine was available for use, appliances worked.

This place was beautiful to stay and had mostly everything you needed. There was a washing machine in the unit, completed with Netflix on the smart TV and a kitchen with complete utensils. The fridge was very spacious as well. The sofa, bed and lounge area were very cosy and comfortable. Pillows were really comfortable for a good night's sleep as well. My partner and I absolutely loved it at Ceylonz, there was a lounge area that played good music at level 7 and a roof top bar at level 39 (although quite expensive so we did not visit). The apartment is a bit out of the way for central KL but there is a free hop on hop off bus right near Menara Telekom or Grab is very convenient as well. There is also a mini mart downstairs that sells fresh food in the morning and most necessities.

There was a bit of a smell in the unit of food when we checked in, not very pleasant. The toilet also had a smell but thankfully these problems went away after a few hours. The unit could use with better ventilation for kitchen & bathroom area.

we really enjoy our stay at the accommodation, definitely will be back soon! The facilities, the pool, the location and the view is absolutely stunning!!!!! There is a roof top bar and it definitely worth the money!!!! Couldn't ask for more

Only one issue we had during our stay, we couldn't find blanket for the extra two people (we have 4 in total) and only 2 towels are provided. I believe if we contact the owner, they will help to sort it bu we didn't contact the owner cause it is quite late when we found that out so decided to use our towels( we bring it ourself) as blanket for the night.

facilities at the apartment are great

overall was clean, but attention to details missed (dusty) staff at front desk very abrupt, borderline rude. but messaging the property owners via WhatsApp was outstanding.

everything looks the same as in the picture. Overall it was a very good stay.

After you shower there are some unpleasent smell coming from the toilet. The smell is so strong that if you open the bathroom door the whole room will reeks of that smell.

hassle free, great hospitality, easy access to top attractions, great location, amazing view, prompt response. we enjoyed the experience staying here. would love to come again in the future ☺️ don't worry, the room is same as pictures.

The location is so nice. The view is unexpected which I can see both tower. It is so nice. I really love it

So far i dont have any issue. Only the sink in kitchen unable to be used and need to use in bathroom. Just make sure fix it before next customer stay in your suites.
