The compact room had everything that we had expected. The ever courteous staff helped us whenever we needed. But the USP of this property is its prime location, with literally everything in close proximity.

I had a great stay at Central City Hotel in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the Pasar Seni MRT/LRT station, Central Market, and Petaling Street, which made exploring the area super easy. One of the things I appreciated most was that they allow late check-in, which was perfect for my travel schedule. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The room was clean and comfortable, good enough for a short city stay. Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a must after walking around in the KL heat. If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with warm hospitality, I definitely recommend Central City Hotel!

None. But I hope they finish their renovations on their pantry so that guests can stay there and have their drinks prepared there.

The only thing I really appreciated was the price – it was affordable and fit my budget.

However, there were several disappointing aspects. The window view was directly facing a wall of another building, which made the room feel dark and closed-in. There were someone else’s used slippers instead of proper bathroom slippers, which was quite unpleasant. Also, the water drain in the shower made loud noises every time I used it. Overall, not the most comfortable stay, but okay if you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep.

I liked the room and felt comfortable, everything was clean and there was a minibar in the room, the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, There is a drinking fountain and water available everything was ok and working inside the room, the location is great.

Unfortunately, the acoustics of the room are very bad. There was a door that led to the next room, even though it was closed, all the sound passed through and people talking seemed to be inside the room. I woke up scared by a couple arriving in the early hours of the morning and talking. This was the only negative point of the hotel.

I really stayed only in this hotel for a few hours because I had a light night flight. I appreciated the fact that I could check in at 1200, so I didnt have to wait. The room is small, but clean, the bathroom is clean but smells a bit moldy because there is not ventilation there, only a window. To be fair, if you consider the fact you only pay 100 MYR for a night for 2 people you cannot complain, you have everything you need for a small price. AC works well too.

like I said, the bathroom smelled a bit moldy. The isolation is not top notch. But all in all, the room offers great value for money, just dont expect a 5 star hotel.

Only one problem is the bag store nearby, theres a store nearby which sells bags and one day i just went to ask the price of two bags: i felt like they were too expensive and didnt buy but then the shopkeeper started threatening me and almost attacked me. It was very scary for me and he kept on swearing at me even when i was going away. All this because i asked the price of two bags and didnt buy them.

Good location just 10 mins to central market and Chinatown. There’s a microwave and water filter on floor 1 free to use. The room was big and comfortable with a fridge. No issues with noise. Had a smart TV.

Pricey. Suggestion.... Place a mirror by the desk so that one can see what one is doing when drying hair. Good idea to have a hair dryer in the room rather than having to ask. Walls are not particularly soundproof. Could not sleep till after 2.30am as heard everything from the room next door. Other than that, great

Not really like the photos shown. Overall not too bad but somehow lacking. The floors are dusty, no room slippers except one bathroom slippers, toilet stall quite small, if u r larger will tend to knock against the glass while showering. Staffs are nice and services was great.

The location is strategic, near to a 24 hour KK Mart downstairs. Walking distance to lrt/monorail. 👌👌

The room is not top notch clean, the room's space compared to the price is not quite worth it. Hotel management can consider adding a water dispenser at least one in the hotel.
