We were very happy with the place in general and I think it is one of the best accommodations of this type.

My main concern is that this place presents itself as a 5 star HOTEL, and it is not a hotel. It is a service apartment with good quality. So my issue is with Booking.com. the company should make sure that the filtering is a true representation of what customers are looking for and not miss leading its members. I put a filter for five and for star hotels, and with that, I was looking as it is a norm with hotels, to have daily cleaning and access to room services and other benefits of living in a hotel. But here there was no change of bed shifts, nor new towels for duration of our stay. When asked, I was told that they offer cleaning for lon stay guests. The cleaning was not done properly.

Our studio had huge a huge wall to wall window giving Amazing views of the KL skyline from the 27th floor. Outdoor restaurant garden on the 7th floor! Open air infinity pool on the 37th floor and a final garden on the 39th floor! Incredible. Location was easy walking distance from Petaling Street and Jalor Alan food market Rooms very spacious & clean, but I dont think they offer daily cleaning (suited us). Small studio kitchen was great... stove, microwave, but was just used the big fridge and ample sized freezer.

The only mild complaint is they did not offer a second set of keys. Still for the price, we were happy to live with it, even if mildly annoying. Reception felt a bit chaotic but wasn't. Number of lifts also felt a bit chaotic, but again, not actually that bad. Never had to wait more than a minute, which in the scale of things is fairly decent. Sort the 2nd set of keys & everything else was fine, even if at the time, it didn't feel it

The view of the skyline, the roof garden, the pool, the size of the room, the location, good value for money

The staff at the reception was unfriendly and refused an early check-in, without even looking if the room was already cleaned and available. This was very annoying as we arrived from the airport after a very long flight.

The highlight of this property is its location - easy access to Bukit Bintang and to Petailing Street. Few metres away you will find Dough by Meg, we loved the food so much, we went there numerous times during our stay, we also recommend Top Joos for booster juice just next door. Few meters from the residence, you can also try LOKL Coffee and The Rabbit Hole. The pool of the residence at the top is great and the garden spot on different floors very nice. There is a convenient store on the ground level which can be very helpful when you are missing basic items. The room is spacious.

The cleanliness, which is inconsistent; we extended our stay and were not provided with cleaning for the last week of our stay and had to go and asked to change the towels at a certain point. If daily cleaning does not form part of the package, then we should at least be provided with a broom and mop to be able to clean ourselves. They should add a toaster to the room.

Modern, good location, nice hotel and swimming pool. We had our rooms facing KL and Petronas on 25th floor. Even forn the negative points I would stay here again for 3-4 nights.

Towels could be changed more frequently because you are in a very hot place you will take more showers a day. The towels just don't have the time to dry by themselves. No cleaning during the stay. Pray for nice neighbors as you will hear every movement that they make. Some cockroches in the room.

Location, good size of the room for three adults sharing a triple room. Ok pool but water quite cold. Very slippery around the pool. 6 sun lounges around the pool but many guests at the hotel. I think that for us this hotel felt too crowded and next time in KL will choose a cozier hotel.

Elevators: we could wait up to 15 minutes every time we had to take an elevator (our room was on the 33rd floor). Found old blood stains on the fitted sheet of the double bed. Asked housekeeping to come and change it and they cleaned the room properly this time. Lastly only one room key for 3 adults.

The location was amazing. We love walking and could reach everything by walk, even Brickfields. There was amazing food only about 10 min walking distance in Bukit Bintang, Petronas Towers only 20 min walking distance. At the same time it was very quiet and we had a great view from our room onto KL forest eco park, Menara and one of the Petronas towers. That was one of our highlights, together with the infinity pool.

We only received one key card which is also needed to use the elevator. That made it quite difficult whenever we wanted to move around independently, eg one person stays by the pool while the other gets ready. Another downside was that there were only about 6 loungers at the infinity pool. We had to sit on the floor. Furthermore, there was always a weird smell in our room. Since the windows didn't open properly (23rd floor) it was hard to air and get rid of it.

Really, really, really nice place to stay. Amazing views from the pool to KL Tower and Petronas and from the windows to the new tower. Comfy and big rooms. Also really close is the food-night market

The rooms weren't well equiped. A lot of storage, but empty. Like no many glasses, plates or hangers to put your clothes

The hotel is in a great location. Right next to it is a beautiful ECO park, and all the main attractions are within walking distance or a short, affordable taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable.

The room was not properly cleaned, there was a lot of dirt under the sofa and bed. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and a lot of noise from the neighboring room was audible. The water in the pool needed to be changed. There is a fee for storing your backpack after check-out.

Flawless check in. Great location and lot of facilities. Worth the money
