Great location, great facilities, the building is very modern / luxury, secure key card only access, professional and very courteous security team. The infinity pool on the 52nd floor is incredible. We went for a swim each night at 21:00 and unbelievably it was empty every time. Like most of these Condos in SEA what you get for the money is amazing.

We did self check in at 06:00am. Check in was smooth, but a staff member woke us up by ringing the door bell and banging on the door a few hours later asking for the 300MR deposit. Yes it’s written in the terms you take a deposit but when you know a guest has arrived very late, maybe don’t wake them up demanding money. You already have my passport details, phone number and credit card details. A few small and easily fixed problems: washing machine provided but no detergent. Really nice bathroom but no hand soap. Hairdryer provided but no adapter. Super small waste bin for the kitchen.

Excellent location, near to food market and changkat party Street. Kl tower at walking distance, for PETRONAS take elevated walkway from jalan Raja chulan subway metro station or from bukit bintang. Suite room was neat n clean , provided toiletries -Shower gel, shampoo and handwash. Cutlery, dinner plates and bowls were in kitchen. You need to request for pan if you want to cook. Good addition was the washing machine with dryer. View was awesome, my child would enjoy lightning up of kl tower. Pool on 52th floor is must visit. You need to take your own towels there. Remember the check in counter is in basement 1. Ask cab to drop you in front of zone A, take lift to basement 1, turn walk 50 metres n turn right to find a glass cabin. You can store your luggage too . Don't forget to tap your room card on lift sensor before selecting floor, as it won't work without it, Also at the gate to access lift in lobby .Kids will find it great to have a big refrigerator to store icecreams n other stuff. Ask them for guidance to dispose of the garbage.

1.Buy big can of water on very first day itself, as water is not provided. You need to buy from any nearby shop. They should install water filter, make it chargeable,it will help in reducing plastic waste. 2. Room will be cleaned only once if you stay more than 5 days.

We stayed here twice, first for 5 nights and then for 2 weeks. Overall, it was a great experience! Both times we chose the Executive Suite, and it was perfect. The apartments were well-furnished with a big dining table, a comfortable living room, and a kitchen of just the right size. The bedroom was cozy, and having the restroom accessible from both the room and the living room was very convenient. What's more, it was quiet, and the view from the rooms was incredible! Since we travel for work, the apartment was comfortable for the two of us. One of the best parts of the building was the pool on the 52nd floor, and the gym on the 12th floor was also very convenient. The security guards were polite and kind to us, which we really appreciated. We felt it was worth what we paid, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

However, one thing to note is that you have to give a big deposit upon arrival, in case of any damages or dirty linen (RM300). Twice, we noticed stains of blood on the linen and curtains in the room. Additionally, for the price we paid, the host didn't provide basic cooking essentials (until we asked for cooking tools). But even then, essentials like salt, oil, or even napkins are not provided. You have a washing machine in the kitchen, which is very good, but not even the minimum amount of detergent to use. It would be nicer if they added these minimum supplies.

The location is amazing, the swimming pool is the best thing aboit this property. Amazing views of KL probably one of the highest pools in KL. The apartment was clean.

The check in experience was a bit odd. It is underground in the basement of the parking, the guy who checked us in was not very friendly. did not give a good impression. They have a small kitchen but they do not provide any pans for cooking. so kitchen is basically useless. there are many conditions to live in this property, they need to ease up on that as it was not a good feeling overall. It is like living in your dads house. If you are looking for a hotel experience then please do not stay here, it is far from that.

Room was big with beautiful view and was very clean.

The check-in process was very inconvenient . Arriving early in the morning, we found the counter closed, encountering the security staff first. Unfortunately, one security personnel's behavior was unsettling—he insisted we step outside with our luggage, almost as if we were being escorted out. Inside, he took photos of us in lobby without explanation and made inaccurate assumptions about our origin. Coming from a hospitality background, this was a bizarre and discomforting experience. On a positive note, apart from this one individual who lacked a welcoming demeanor, the rest of the staff were remarkably kind, helpful, and friendly.

This was our second time here. Staff is very kind and customer service excellent. Apartments are modern and clean. Everything is great except for the complicated cash deposit procedure

There is a mandatory 300 myr cash deposit. We stayed for 2 nights and were leaving early morning. So we got our deposit back the night before but were only left with the physical key and no access card. If we wanted to leave the building after 10pm, we would not be able to get back up with elevator. We also were then left with 300myr which we had no use for. This day and age, why not just block off a credit card deposit? This part of the process seems to make no sense. It is probably to make sure the cards are returned but after staying in numerous apartments in Malaysia during our travels, nobody else had this requirement, and all had cards. Hopefully, they can simplify this in future. Otherwise, amazing stay.

Loved the location, loved the facilities and a great apartment. Spacious, clean, luxurious. Gorgeous rooftop pool.

I've never seen so many strict rules and regulations in my life. There's like a RM 200 fine on just about anything. Wet bathing suit in the lift? 200 RM. Waiting in the lobby? 200 RM. There's a deposit required and it absolutely can only be cash. There's a kitchen but no pots/pans etc, not meant to cook in. They make you sign a document in the basement agreeing to these regulations too. It really doesn't make you feel welcome at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, you feel like a criminal fresh out of prison whose probation officer is just waiting for him to slip up. So I guess the constantly walking on eggshells in a beautiful well located place kind of ruins the experience a bit.

Very spacious suites with a beautiful view, and the pool on the rooftop is even more gorgeous. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location was also quite convenient.

The staff in basement, for check in and check out, was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. He had taken 60 USD for deposit when I checked in and told me that check out is between 8 to 11 AM. Even after informing that I am supposed to check out at 8 AM because I have an early flight, he wasn’t in his office until 8:40 AM. The security guards couldn’t help me because they didn’t have keys to the room and he wasn’t even answering his WhatsApp. I had to leave for the airport eventually because I was so late, but nobody was there to return my deposit money back to me. Only after so many emails and messages did they return the money through a bank transfer three days after I left Kuala Lumpur.

Clean and beautiful apartment. Good location in built bintang. Staff readily available on WhatsApp or in basement for any queries - big or small. Gym and pool were great

Rules are very strict, charges for any tiny damage done and even for waiting in the lobby with your suitcase! Luckily we didn’t have any charges but did make us feel on edge during the stay. No continuous filtered water supply. Only one key for a group of 4 which made our plans very difficult.

Absolutely beautiful suite in a great part of town. Checking in was straight forward and they had sent us instructions in advance for where to find the office (in B1). Room was easy to find and incredibly spacious and clean. Working WiFi, big TVs, in unit laundry and kitchenette. Incredible value. We had no problem coming or going from the building and it is near to lots of fantastic restaurants, bar, and attractions. Don't forget to use the pool on top level! What an incredible view! We didn't have any trouble checking out at the end of our stay. We absolutely would have stayed here longer if we could.

There are lots of rules and apparent fines that come with breaking said rules, but as long as you behave as a normal respectful person you shouldn't be concerned. Be aware that the RM300 deposit must be in cash, so make sure to go to the ATM in advance. There could be more printed information on how to turn on and use some of the appliances and where the rubbish room is, but they do have a WhatsApp contact for questions.
