Truly an amazing experience with a fantastic view of KL tower, and extremely central positioning. It was a 10 minute walk to the high speed rail, and less than 15 by car to nearly every major area in KL. The staff were extremely friendly, and very accommodating. There was a small maintenance hiccup and I was offered a brand new room while maintenance worked on it, at no additional cost, pretty much immediately after calling. The only issues I really had were the rather short checkin times, and cookware! Can't really complain about included amenities, but consider setting aside some money to get sturdier pots/pans on a longer trip.

Facilities were poor. Lounge uncomfortable to sit on, bed too hard, no cleaning equipment to wash dishes, no tea towel. Dinning table and chairs had seen better days

Free parking during your stay. Suite facilitate with living hall, kitchen, dining area, study room and master room with bathrom room with bathtub. Great view of KL Tower from balcony and room.

The location to nearest Monorail or train station.

The room was so spacious, comfortable and very clean. Considered cheaper compared to others

The air-conditioned needs to be repair/improve.

Huge 2 bed apartment with 3 bathrooms, balconies, living and dining, kitchen, washroom and study. Great value for money. The staff were brilliant and very friendly and chatty. Maintenance were very good. They fixed a leak under the bathroom sink promptly. Room service every day, if desired. Location is great - in a quieter street with a small hawkers market across the road every lunchtime. All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, Raja Chulan metro station) within 8 mins walk. 10 mins stroll to Jalan Alor street food, 15 mins to Chinatown, Pavilion, etc. Lovely view of KL Tower. Five elevators, and we never had to wait for one. I think most guests are longer stay, so less turnover. Wonderful 2-lane covered open air 25m swimming pool with two small paddle pools. We frequented it almost every afternoon and were usually the only ones there. Kids loved it. All-in-all a wonderful three weeks spent at the Maple Suite.

As others have said, the rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms especially need a facelift. Some minor issues with leaks. Some appliances could do with an upgrade, although the fridge and washing machine were new.

The property was welcoming and well maintained. Also the staff were courteous and sweet. They guided us how to do the kl trip. The only issue was we stayed too less, we should have booked or whole trip with them! They were too good!

They don’t allow for an early check in and we’re ready to charge additional for early check-in. We told them that we will check out early morning on last day but they still don’t do it.

View from the apartment was stunning especially at night. Cleaned, with all basic amenities provided. Very spacious room and living hall. Got 3 toilet also the washing machine function very well. Parking OK, 24 hours receptions available. Apartment was easy to find.

1 toilet at the outside the flush cannot be used but nevermind as each room got individual toilet. No dishwashing liquid and sponge, I recommend to add in.

The staff were always very respectful and helpful. We requested a pop-up toaster and this was supplied promptly. Our privacy was respected at all times. The apartment was very spacious.

This is an older building which would benefit from a renovation to make it more modern. There was no way to make ice cubes in the fridge.

I like all about the maple suites 😍 The rooms the living the kitchen the bed and even their toilet was so clean neat & tidy. The suite that we stay have two bedrooms & three toilet. Super comfy and pleasant to stay with 3 kids. We have so much fun staying there and InshAllah we will come and stay again. Thier staff are so friedly like makcik² dan pakcik² kind 😘 Thank u so much

Our suite was massive, this is a full on apartment including a kitchen, an office and three bathrooms (we were in the family suite). For an older building, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The aircon worked well and we had great WiFi. The location is perfect for sightseeing in KL.

At first glance, the place is quite retro in feel and slightly off putting. Once we got used to it, it was part of its charm. The balconies are terrifying but offer fabulous views.
