Pretty decent hotel for the price. MRT station short walk from the hotel, car park available and free (you need to have a TnG card to access the garage, and info the reception before you go out to not be charged). Might be an unpopular opinion, but i enjoyed the room without a window, no noise and no outside lights. Best sleep i had in a long time. The walkway from the lifts towards the room is longer than usual and i think it was abit eerie 😄 The room itself is OK, just enough for 1-2 persons, was clean and well maintained. There was lights switchs near the bed for all the lighting except the bathroom, which is very convenient.

very large and comfortable rooms they were clean and bug free. it’s also close to the subway so getting to the city center is a breeze

there wasn’t a drain in the shower itself the shower had two drains on the floor of the bathroom outside the shower and after while one of the drains became clogged so every time I took a shower it would flood half the bathroom

The things that I really is the room is bigger worth it for those like to stay in big room very comfortable for me and the staff name "Ms Noor" very approachable , very helpful and really help me to manage my room changes with the better experience. Hopefully Silka Hotel keep doing good on wards and really recommended to stay here.

But be careful do not stay at level 4 because the KTV so loud from night until early in the morning so that you cannot rest well. Request from the reception staff or find out staff name "Ms Noor" she will recommend you the best room and floor for your good staycation in Silka Hotel.

Good location with direct connection with MRT Station of Taman Connaught, providing easy access from public transportations. The rooms has enough space and fair cleanliness. Water pressure was good enough. The dining cafeteria provides well cooked dishes at a reasonable price range.

One of the room's door started off security alarm at night... not sure why but seems like a loose door or sensor problem. Better maintenance should be properly implemented on such electric facility.

I'd really enjoyed the stay with Silka Cheras. The best service from the entire team from check in until check out. Everything is just perfect but a smile in front office face will be added a great welcoming to guest. It's worth for the price as well. Great Job Maintain it. The menu order please consider to change the timing from ordering at 11:30am onwards to at least 9:00am so that the guest can enjoy some food there. Just an opinion of the Silka team can improved.

I love it that is located inside an almost-vacant shopping mall, which means you have plenty of parking space and security guards everywhere. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Noor, the sweet lady at the receptionist who went the extra mile to fulfil our requests and needs every time. I always come back to this hotel whenever I need a stay in KL. I have a car so it is not an issue to travel around.

This hotel was very conveneient for us and near a train station Amazing value as room prices were so reasonable. However this time round when booking did not realize had a window less room . the previous times we stayed we had amazing large windows so this was a one off experience would definitely recommend for affordability and comfort in room
