The hotel is not that far from the places that we want to visit. About 10kms plus to go to Kuching Waterfront and Borneo Culture Museum. Parking is always available but must be paid using DBKU coupons. I believe the hotel gave us a headstart of 30 minutes in the morning. You have to provide the rest of the parking coupons yourself. Luckily I met a very helpful DBKU parking attendee. The hotel has a lift, and there's a toilet next to it. There's a pool on first floor but we didn't use it. The room is big and solats can be done comfortably. The furniture and things in the room are a little dated but they are fine with me. There is also USB charger sockets built in into the power outlet which is nice if you want to charge something slowly (and safely) during the night. Lastly, the staff is super helpful. I requested for late check in (midnight!) and they waited for me. I also requested for late check out so that the Zohor solat can be done in the room and they permitted it without extra cost. Recommended!

There are no convenience store around the hotel. Luckily there's a restaurant behind the hotel where I bought big bottles of cold mineral water.

One of my favourite stay when I'm working nearby. Within walking distance to Wisma STA, Hock Lee Centre. Also there is some more shops, makan place and bank behind the hotel. Easy to park nearby to go into town.

Lighting is a little too dim for me to do my work as there is only 1 table lamp and wall lamp available in the room. I have to really strain my aging eyes looking at what im writing. Will be nicer if there is one brighter light available in the room.

Big room.. Nice.. Comfort.. Room and toilet very clean... Staff very good.. Will stay here again for next vacation...

Too noisy bcos of many student check in there... Cant sleep well.. Need to improve the breakfast menu... Paid for rm18 but just get fried noodle, sandwich, scrambled eggs n coffee.. A lil sad here... Need to clean toilet at swimming pool also... Hope management take a notice here...

The room was spacious and clean. Shower was great, location amazing.

The lighting in the room could be better. The elevator functions erratically at times we had to take the stairs. Parking is crazy if you don't pay for parking you are fined every 30 minutes.

very very clean everything is in order and functioning breakfast was made to order. Chef is excellent making my favourite omelette

20 years old furnitures. It’s like I was in the 2001. 15 years old Plasma Tv. Plasma Tv still exists?!!! Aircond too cold its freezing set at 25-26. Door was almost impossible to shut and need very strong push just to click the lock. Very expensive stay for a museum hotel.

More parking space, big room, friendly & polite staffs, clean, quiet room, very comfortable bed(pillows&comforter),got more tissues inside the toilet & room, got hairdryer, water heater, shampoo, soap, clean towels, head wrap, a bible to read, menu, small fridge, got atm bank machines & kopitiam nearby.

Only the water tap button - need to be fixed Pen - couldn't be used The air-conditioning was quiet too cold but not really a big deal.

Very very comfortable room with comfortable beds. Hot shower and good AC system. Great value for money.

Location: not near many food outlets or anything interesting. Room facing a busy road although the room well insulated from noise.
