Newly renovated house. Nice and cozy. Advertised as smart hotel - few basic smart equipments are there but dont function very well yet. Breakfast was decent. Nothing really fancy to rate it super high but it does fulfil my requirements.

The ramp to go up the hotel is blocked because the metal ramp at the end need to be put up to avoid traffic block. There are few stairs at the entrance - its okay for me but I think it might be hard for elderly or small children to carry their luggage up the stairs. However, luggage cart is available at the entrance if needed too.

I love the modern-techy vibes the rooms had installed, automated curtains, ai assistance on the desk to ask things like the weather, mood lighting, curtain operation. Apart from that, the breakfast was delicious with a decent variety of food options and nearby to a few eateries.

The room may be fitted with tech, but the overall facade of it is still of the old hotel as it was pre-covid. the wardrobe with the wooden doors had what seem like mould growing inside from the humidity perhaps, the bathroom and whole room itself could use an upgrade generally to fit modern standards. The staff were not the friendliest in tone to inform us to check in via the counter and not through the self-check-in kiosk.

It's been more than a month and the room deposit (RM300) has not being refunded. Made calls and even went through hassle to meet their management officer, but still no news. Please refund as soon as possible.

staffs are friendly while assisting us with the check in/check out process. thanks to the staffs, the process was easy and fast.

the aircond was not cool at all during my 4days and 3nights stay. can feel the air coming out from it but it is not COOL at all even tho it was adjusted to the lowest temperature . didn’t intend to inform the staff, cuz don’t want any workers to interrupt us during our stays. and every night during my stay I basically no need to use the blanket to cover myself up, when wake up I can feel myself was sweating.

the front desk is very helpful and thoughtful. i was arrived around midnight and they are calling to ensure my flight. i asked for the hotel bill they so helpful and respond immediately.

the breakfast is not really satisfied. cannot define coffee or tea tag. suggested have cereal. suggested to have a simple egg counter to let us have warm breakfast. the char kueh tiaw is blant, no taste.

Spacious room and table, all room have window, include breakfast which consider acceptable... Good for person who need to have small work area..near to 7E and laundry shop.

Some room have old version TV with minimum channel... Some got smart TV...some got old air cond controller and some new version...

Stay with husband. Taking deluxe king room. Satisfied with the room. Coming in the room smell likes downy softener. So refreshing

Towel and bedsheet smell not good. Can use other detergent.

The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast room was spacious. The wi-fi was very strong in the room and the breakfast room. I could easily find parking in front of the hotel because I stayed during weekdays.

The self check-in needed more time than expected as there was a glitch.

the room was value for money

Little parking space at basement parking. Most of the space were used as a dumping place for broken / used furniture of the hotel. The parking lots in front / around the hotel are under city councils.

Super easy check-in, staff are helpful and friendly. They provide a water jug in each room and a water dispenser outside the room for refill instead of providing single usage plastic bottles for each room.

Nothing to dislike.
