Family room is big. very large 2 queen size bed can fit 6 persons. Bathroom is too small though. Furniture are from the 80's. Air-conditioning is very freezing, comfy bed comfy pillows. we got 8 Pillows in total! Breakfast is available though everyday is the exactly same menu. wish they change the menu everyday. Ironing board and iron is only available on the aisle at the hallway. which is very creepy to iron your clothing while other people walk pass through.

The room is spacious to accommodate my family of two adults and two children. The shower hot water is nice, and there are satellite tv with kids channel. Ours is family room and two large beds were provided. The room is clean, though it is look old. The AC is very cool, don’t worry about the heat. The food for breakfast is simple local favourites, but the taste is quite good, and has a lot of varieties for you to choose! The staff is very polite and friendly to assist you any time.

No basement parking, not easy to get to your car during raining. However, the safety of your vehicles is guaranteed as they have security around. The room still maintained its old furniture, but at least it is functioning. To use the iron and its board, I had to travel to level 2 where a room is dedicated for ironing located. No iron is provided in the room itself. My room has windows, but I can’t enjoy the view as the signboard or whatever it is had blocked the whole thing, which then saddened my kids 😓

Close to Borneo Convention Centre Kuching if UCSI Hotel is full. Grab fare ranges from RM5.30 to RM29 depending on traffic/demand. Breakfast was adequate - catered for vegans, halal and indulgent guests.

I had to request for the telekung at the surau to be washed. There was no Quran or Yasin in the female surau. I do not know the situation in the male surau.

I like the decorations of the hotel... the size of the twin beds. The shower was really nice for room 310.

The entrance staff did not greet me & smile at all!!! That man should not be placed at the frontier... for the receptionist should greet & welcome the customer politely with a smile 😊. The fridge in room 310 is useless!!! Please replace with a new one!!! OMG. It's 2023, the hotel should change the button label in the lift. Keep up the modernization.

The door lock sometimes can unlock,also sometimes can't.The door at room 107 need to fix.The hot shower seems not working.

Everything is ok, the hotel room is big and clean, the staff is also very friendly, the breakfast also has a lot of food options.. the place to always stay when there is a vacation to Kuching, this hotel is the best.

The staff are very friendly and the service is topnotch. The room is spacious & the facilities inside the room is complete. I like the variety in the menu for breakfast. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Nothing much really except wish there are more parking lot for visitors.

The location is near the Methodist church where we attended our friend's wedding ceremony for this trip. The breakfast is a simple buffet but very nice. I like the porridge with the beef.

Everything is just comfortable

The floor not clean and a lot of dusty. The toilet no locked door..room 602.hope the management can fixed it. 2 times had stayed there and still don't have any door lock from inside the toilet.

1)Breakfast : Not much choice.Not as per expectation. Only nasi lemak, keou tiaw & porridge with some fruits. 2)Room : Night shift Receptionist was very friendly and helpful

1) 2 Deluxe room was booked in April with full payment. During check in I was told no room available due to the hotel was reserved for some seminars for the whole month of June 2022.The reason given was Agoda never update in their system and hotel don't have any of our contact to update us on the unavailability of the room availability. It take about 2-3 hours for the management to settle this issue by given us apartment at the end.
