I recently had the pleasure of staying at Noble Hotel Melaka and was truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. I’d especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to Amir for the warm and genuine welcome. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel at home. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, and all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the historic charm of Melaka. Thank you to the entire team at Noble Hotel Melaka – and a special thanks again to Amir for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka!

Internet. It's one of the worst wifi experiences I have ever had. Mobile keeps kicking out and has to log in almost hourly. I'm using wifi on my notebook to do some work. After 20 minutes, I am totally unable to log in. What is going on? Has asked for the help desk but was still unable to help after getting kicked out. The shower head is not able to be used as advice by housekeeping. Top shower head licking from celling. Very dangerous.

Please help improve. Overall still ok but Internet wifi is a nightmare.

Location was good...walkable to most places.

The fridge/chiller in the room was not working,called the reception n told them abt it. They sent someone to check it out but nothing was done. They did not replaced it or do something abt it. The maintenance guy said they r bz with guests n will get back to us. But they did not but above all that all is good.

- Room was clean - Staff were friendly - Room service was surprisingly good and affordable, very large portion. - Security guard was present at carpark - Breakfast was not bad, especially the laksa

- Lifts were a little slow - Breakfast could use a little more variety - Handshower was faulty - Room's airconditioner took a long time to cool the room(few hours) - Room hallway/aisle was warm/humid. AC was not turned on(probably to save on cost) - Pillows were way too soft, needed two to sleep well - Room is cramped(only if you add an extra bed)

The room, eventhough not that spacious, still comfortable. The air conditioner is very effective to cool the room within minutes after entering. And the location is very strategic because it's situated within walking distance to the tourist attractions in Banda Hilir, so there's no need to hassle in finding parking space to have a tour around the city. And there are a plenty of food places and very close to shopping malls around the area if you opt for food hunting and shopping spree.

As the hotel is just an acquisition from the previous owner, somehow there are signs of wear and tear can be seen. It is suggested to have some renovation to be done to give this place a facelift. Even right after the check in, I had to make few requests for adjustments/replacements for the 'wear-and-tear'. And I hope they will improve the turnaround time with the check-in processes and responses to requests made by guests.

Strategically located, plenty of cafes, restaurants and Watson across the street and a short walking distance to shopping malls. Hotel building and check in counters are shared with Straits Hotel. The beds are pretty small and narrow but comfortable for a medium sized person. Rooms are well maintained. Good for work stay, basic essentials are provided.

Tv channels can be improved. No HBO or Cinemax or any channels worth watching. Fridge is not cold. Telephone has no clear directory, not sure how to make room to room calls, housekeeping calls etc. No light in the wardrobe closet. Pricing was also abit steep probably due to many events happening in Melaka that weekend, paid almost RM400 per room per night. Based on our past stays in other melaka hotels of equivalent standards, rooms like Noble should be approx RM250 per night.

The room was new and had very good facilities. The view facing the sea was amazing, and the staff was friendly. The location is in the centre of Malacca city, with most tourist destinations within walking distance.

Just a note for improvement: the internet was limited. After watching Netflick, I had to use my data to do work on my laptop. It will be great if the internet is limitless.

Good accessibility to other good food places. Free parking. Decent room layout.

Single bed was kind of small. Should use super single instead of single beds. Hotel air condition seems to be spoiled or aged. Takes long time to cool and also doesn’t get too cold.

Hotel room was spacious and located at a very strategic location, just a couple of minutes of drive to the city centre and there is a lot of things to eat within walking distance

Access card holder beeping at 5am and tried to call the frontdesk to solve it and the frontdesk keeps mentioning that a technician will come and fix it but waited more than an hour for the technician. Have to call 3-4 times to keep asking the frontdesk to send the technician as the beeping never stops. Also, the mini bar is not working and when opened, it emits a foul smell.

1. Clean and well maintained. 2. In room dining was good and service was fast. 3. Courteous staff. 4. Bed was comfy. 5. Well designed bathroom doors.

1. Room was a bit dimmed. Lighting allows shadows or dark spot in the room. 2. Power socket is only on one side of the king size bed. 3. There is no hand and face towels. 4. Lifts can be slow during peak hours. 5. Area is surrounded with traffic jams if you’re driving in and out of the hotel.
