I would like to complain this family suites should have a microwave but nil your kitchen cabinet is like a dummy..and in your booking.dot com l view there a soft drink can,tikbit in freezer and why nothing in freezer .....should have right? Food delicious but need some Malaysian kueh mueh, this a second time l checkin breakfas...under Noble resort hotel......cause breakfast are sharing with the straits hotel(Asia malacca hotel) and Noble resort hotel...staff are very pleasant ..especially ms Polencial the new operation manager,and house keeping maid,as well front line staf

I've been to this hotel more than five times and have seen the service improve steadily over the years. Service now was very friendly, they gave us our room even though we were a little early which was a godsend considering we had a baby in tow.

Your card access system locked us out of the room and even after three times gg up and down, for half an hour, didnt manage to resolve the issue. An upgrade for the card access is sorely needed. And also, you have lots of unused space at the pool deck, a water play area for kids, which many of the other hotels are offering, would be very welcome.

Nice location, quite close to nearby convenience store. Speedmart just across the street of the hotel. Parking is good and free, got 3 levels of car park. Motorbike also can park inside here. Breakfast is nice, the restaurant space is quite big and can fit in a lot of people there. The breakfast menu also good, there is a lot to choose.

Parking, there is a lot of space, but to get free parking, each time you want to exit, you will need to go to the receptionist and validate your TnG card. Then you can exit without paying for parking. Motorbike park for free here, no need to validate anything.

Stayed at the family kids studio with 5 pax. The layout, arrangement and environment was exceptionally convenient for parents & kids. Separate rooms & bathrooms, a living room and a pantry, all in clean state and there’s plenty of rooms for all. The pool was also good for splashing out with wide view of straits of malacca and city center. And of course, the operating hours was also flexible. Breakfast menu covered a lot of choice and serves the morning appetite.

1. Had to wait for my room to be ready eventhough i arrived at 4pm. 2. I called before booking and was told to book 1king size bed room and 1twins bed room to be able to have a connecting room as ive 1oku son. But when i arrived they told me there is no such thing and that i have to pay extra to have a suites rooms in order to get a connecting room. 😡 3. I book for breakfast 2adults in a room but for my room i only came with 1 adult n 2 child under 12. They still charge 1child. Some hotel they will consider 1adult=2child. As the price for 1 adult is double for a child. 4. The internet was not easy to log into.

We loved the one bedroom unit with a separate sitting area and table with a mini kitchen. The microwave was very handy. That set up was perfect. We loved the breakfast staff and offerings at the buffet. The staff were so welcoming in the breakfast area. They welcomed us with big smiles. It was also impressive to see those young teens working so hard. The chefs were the best and the managers were friendly and helpful. The greeters made the morning special. Thank you to the breakfast buffet staff. We were lucky to be invited to the Christmas event. This really made our holiday. The food was exceptional. The decorations brought the whole atmosphere together. The music was amazing and fun. Those musicians are very talented! The other guests dancing was memorable and of course Santa gave gifts to the kids! Thank you also to the staff at the doors and in the lobby. We were greeted every time we left the building or arrived. Loved all the smiles. The location is excellent. Close to everything.

Perfect position within walking distance you could have everything, nice and comfy room with spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Toiletries, coffee/tea set and water given was a big plus. Good WiFi for working. Nice pool on top for refreshing a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Everything was nice, if I could give a suggestion, it would be about the bathroom: the light is very weak and probably for more than one guest, having only one towel per person is too little. (I was fine because I was alone, so I used both of them ;)

Clean rooms. Great location. Adequate size.

New staff not properly trained before releasing to floor. Check in was slow. Staff didn't inform us the breakfast venue so the first day we went to the wrong restaurant and missed our breakfast (brochure in the room also wrongly stated the breakfast venue, which was supposed to be at the hotel next door). We also asked for an extra bed but was never informed why we didn't get it.

We selected this hotel above Hatten bec we love the tranquility and yet near to all necessities. Moving around is so easy with Watson and plenty food food jus a lane away. More to that is all the staff put on a smile and greet and look so prepared to serve in their uniforms! The concierge staff were so obliging and even helped us to settle the cakes in the kitchen fridge! This is something out of the service boundary! Thank you!

The bathroom needs sone refurbishing. Nowadays Rain shower is no longer needed. Imagine you have a comfortable warm bath but ended up with splatter of ice cold (in comparison) dribbles when you turn off the shower???!!!

Location is great. A lot restaurant, cafe and nearest mall.

There is no iron & iron board provided. Apart from that, the main shower does not function properly, only a handheld shower. The TV broadcast is a bit interrupted, better switch to smart tv so we can watch our favourite until we sleep and get up for our next adventure.
