We have stayed in Malacca previously and did not enjoy it as much purely because the hotel wasn't great - this time it was amazing and really enhanced the whole trip. A very nicely arranged and decorated hotel with some lovely bird murals and paintings around the hotel. quiet rooms, strong AC and great showers. the area has a lot of lovely local food and is away from the main noise of town but walkable to go out and explore.

The only improvement I can imagine would be a fridge in the room rather than just the shared area as its nice to be able to keep things cool in such a hot climate.

This is an exceptional guesthouse in Melaka. Its very clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Comfy beds and nice decor with good A/C. Its a fifteen minute walk to the old town or a few ringgit with Grab. There is a newly opened food court right next door which was very convenient. I would very happily stay here again if I was in Melaka

The hotel is situated in a quite residential area, slightly away from the old city centre (15 min walk or easily by Grab, mind that some streets in Malacca doesn't not have good pavement for pedestrans) The rooms were half the size of our previous hotel but we loved it twice as much. It was not luxury but did offer all basic things you'd need. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We highly recommend a nearby restaurant cafe "W&L Restaurant Cafe" for its Sarawak style food, sweet and lovely hosts and atmosphere.

Excellent location, walking distance to the historical sites, shopping mall and restaurants. We took a coach to Malacca which dropped us off behind the Estadia Hotel. It was an easy 10-min walk to the Nest House. Loved the homestay vibe instead of the impersonal feel of large hotels.

There's no lift, so request for the ground floor or 1st floor rooms if you have heavy luggage or bad knees. We got the 2nd floor room and got some stair climbing exercise.

Rooftop seats are available to enjoy the evening and night time sky. Free Snacks and drinks available on the ground floor next to the reception area. No deposit required for stay this time.

Some may find going up and down the stairs a little challenging as there are no handrails.

A very unique place to stay. The design is interesting and has its character (I love the concept of 'room names'). Comes with private car park, free basic refreshments, and a rooftop terrace that is nice to hang out. The room comes with a nice desk setup that could appeal to remote workers. The place is clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It's also walkable to A Famosa.

The hotel tastefully decorated. About 15 mins walk to most tourist sights as well as close to the bus drop off ( medical centre)

It is ok for young people stay top floor which is to walk up staircase. As eco friendly, as advised to switch off air von when leaving the room. It could be very hot when we get back and turn on the air con. as we stayed on top floor.

Location - best local food within 10mins walk; nyonya cuisine, local stalls, international delicacies. - less than 10mins walk to malls. - approx 15mins walk to jonker street. The house - extremely clean in all areas - free snack bar - resident meow to play with - friendly staffs - private parking space The room - spacious twin room - good water pressure - lovely designed interior - lots of natural light

The room was comfortable and large. Well appointed and suitably furnished. On site parking was a bonus. You can also help yourself to the simple snacks provided at the lobby

It wasn't a problem for us but do note that there's no lift. And not too sure what was wrong but the day we went, the hot water wasn't working well.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was great. Some art (all for sale) really gave it an extra spark. The room was just what we needed, not too big. The bathroom was small but comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. We would really recommend this place!

The location was a little bit further from the centre than we expected. After a little walk you get to the mall and Dutch Square. It’s also possible to take a Grab if you don’t want to walk.
