The hotel is by far the best we stayed in Malaysia, and the price is excellent. Modern hotel, lift, water dispenser (hot and cold) in every floor, the reception is big and confy too. Beds, bedrooms, toilets are 10/10. Beautiful place. Fridge and air con in every room. Decoration, size, really big tvs, and so on...

Something funny is that they sell the sachets of instant coffee or tea instead of leaving them for free in the room next to the cups they do provide, like other hotels with these characteristics.

Our absolute favourite stay in Malaysia!! We were so amazed by how wonderful all the facilities and staff were. From the moment we arrived, they went through everything we needed to know, even showing us a map of the city, and all with a big smile on their face. We checked into the nicest room, with the COMFIEST bed, perfect shower and modern facilities to hand. We both slept so well throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet, located just outside of the centre, but only a 10-20 minute walk into the main part. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

The staff is great! We came by bus from singapore and is walking distance from the stop. They have some food options and supermarket nearby, although we got a grab to check out the busy area. My room was huge, with a kitchen, fridge, 2 beds and a couch. We even gathered to hang out in my big room at night, a pleasant stay

There was a lot of noise from the street, so earplugs were necessary

We thought it was good value for money and the staff were friendly and there was lots of room.

The beds were uncomfortable and for a unit with cooking facilities, there's not much in a way of utensils to be able to cook with, pans, pots, etc. The only other thing we weren't fond of is my son had a blood nose whlist in his bed which made some marks on the sheets. The person at reception wanted to make us stay until they'd washed the linen before we were able to check out, which I think was over the top. We don't mind being charged to have them washed and given the degree of the blood don't believe that there'd be any issue for any normal person to remove the blood in a regular washing cycle. We think the attitude with this matter was excessive for the given circumstance.

1. It was my second time visit here. I love the environment of the hotel. My room was spotless, very comfy bed and smell nice. 2. Location is around 1km to St Paul Hills. If ur on foot, it’s quite challenging on the scorching weather to get there on my first visit previously. However, i rented a bike at a reasonable price provided by the hotel. Turned out, it was so convenient and good to get around by bicycle. I LOVE IT!! 3. The closest eateries was a mamak bistro in front of the equotorial hotel. U could hv ur bfast there in a walking distance.

During my visit, it was the painting maintenance took place. The paint ordour could penetrate into my room and caused me dizzy. They should provide at least 1 kettle in the room regardless the coway provide outside. Cuz it was quite hassle if u need to hv hot drink in ur room and need to go out to get some hot water.

The location was close to all the attractions that I was interested in. In fact almost everything was within a 10 to 20 minute walk. The hotel was spotless and the staff went above and beyond when I needed help. They are environmentally conscious, and they use solar for their hot water, which I love.

I can't think of anything they could have done better. Wifi was good. The hotel was spotless. The location was excellent. And the staff met all my expectations. I loved the floor to ceiling window that filled the room with natural light.

We really liked our stay. It was clean and had a very comfortable bad and pillows. The room was practical and cozy, with different (atmospheric) lights, which is nice in the evening. Staff was friendly. Wifi was great. Location was okay for us. You can walk 15-20 minutes to the centre or take a cheap Grab. We would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom is very small, but still practical. Soundproofing wasn't great, you could hear the neighbour's water running, aswell as traffic, but we had earplugs so it was okay.

Very clean (the cleanest in Asia!), all necessary facilities in the room, friendly staff. Good location.

It was quite noisy so you could hear a lot from the corridor. But still it was a great place to stay and would definitely come back!!

The beds are really good. The room is clean. Location wise, its near to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly from the counter staff, to the cleaners as well as the security guard. The parking space are a bit limited in front of the hotel but there are plenty at the side with the security guard assisting in the parking.

If you are staying for multiple days, you will have to request for cleaning which I didn't have the chance to do as I was out most of the time. The walls are not very soundproofed and you can often hear the sounds of shower/pipe sounds (I assume maybe due to the shower heater system) or even some talking if the people next door are talking loud or when the cleaners are cleaning. But these issues are not really significant and I had a good stay in the hotel.
