The location was great. No worries for parking. Staff was good. The wifi is good. For one night stay considered okay².
Cleanliness a bit poor. Furniture a bit old. TV channels very poor. Bed and pillow less comfort.

I booked 2 rooms . We had a wonderful stay at Eco Tree Hotel Malacca.. The check-in and check-out processes were swift and efficient. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spotless toilets and fresh bedsheets. The staffs were excellent —friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Near mamak stall too .. Highly recommended!

Nice cozy room.
Before, 12 noon, you will get a call asking you to leave or check out, unless you pay a full one day price. Regrettable.

Good location. Sl you will easily get restaurants surrounding the hotel.
Gym room (running machines both are under maintenance), need to upgrade.

I like that option for connecting room is available as room type during booking thus removing the hassle to contact hotel and request separately with no guarantee. Staff are welcoming, friendly and funny. Rooms are great with many power points and at bedsides. Lighting and the switches are strategically placed. Ample bathroom counter space and lighting. Location is good with eateries nearby within walking distance. Worth to return to.
We were on 6th floor and we could heard music from the bar at night from the lift lobby. It was slightly muted from our rooms. The partially frosted glass bathroom may not give much privacy if staying with friends or with young children.
