The hotel located near the center of attraction points with various varieties of restaurant surrounding for local for explore. Breakfast choice relatively little but it included local delights and American type, its sufficient for light breakfast before the go. The hotel actually upgraded our rooms and we amazed with the service or room provided. We enjoyed the bathtub inside the room

parking space relatively small, but sufficient. Check in was smooth but some delay even though we were late as well. If hotel able to provide bicycle rental, it would be much more convenient for guest to travel The bed wasn't in condition, i can feel the spring inside the bed when i sleep on it

The room was clean, albeit a bit small. Overall I enjoyed my stay there. They also offer free snacks (not minibar of course). The price is also very good, it's not too expensive. Checkout was really quick too. Parking was freely available. Wifi Was also good. Breakfast had many different items.

The room had a table which was really worn down. The toilet and shower weren't separate. There was no soap dish or an alternative. The toilet didn't flush completely even after 8 tries. The rooftop pool was not very good and at least didn't look clean, it was also quite smaller than my expectation.

First of all what draws me regularly to this hotel is the location. Easy to park witl lots of parking bay. It is a short frive to the old melaca and surrounded by lots of foodie. Just next to it is a great seafood restaurant that offers delicious seafood at a reasonable rate. The hotel is not a 5star...personally to is slightly less than 3 but it does have a rooftop pool and a simple and clean cafe that offers basic breakfast with nasi lemak fried noodles eggs etc and fruits. The bed is a bit hard but good enough for a short stay. I have been here since before covid and troughout the years it was like any other hotels was slightly better then. Understanable enough in this industry the competitiion n cost. The staf all are kind and friendly from the counter the maintenance team the cleaners n cafe all are welcoming. I cant say its the best in melacca but the people location n price plus the environment is strategicly safer are bonus points that makes me welcome here. Thank you for the hospitality.

Easy parking. Breakfast variety was good enough considering not expensive price I paid for the room.

For breakfast, nasi lemak not served with boiled egg only because the hotel afraid foreign tourist from a certain country eat the egg a lot like eating chips, the staff said. I needed to ask the staff to provide the egg for me. Instead of boiled egg, he could only serve me fried egg. Whatever the reason, it is a shame to serve nasi lemak without egg.

Attention to detail are lacking. Carpet on corridor was dirty. When we entered the room we could hear knocking due to outside aircon unit was loose. We raised issue to reception and they addressed it so credit to them. Room was not detailed clean, food crumbs on carpet, coffee mug had lipstick mark, shelves and bed headboard was dusty. Bathtub plumbing had broken fixtures filled with filler and silicone. Cafetaria floor was dirty with foot prints.

Second time stay, cheap, location good, and comfortable, nice view too~ breakfast also quite nice. The most I like is their parking, got cover, and comfortable place to sit while waiting our car. But the aircond not with well maintenance, the ice spread out from air cond, I have told the reception staff, they say is leaking, maintenance staff will come, but after that we come back on night, it still suddenly spread out ice, quite scary. But I have no energy to change room, so I didn't ask the receptionist. Second, worst sound proof.

The room is very spacious, i could add on 2 more beds. Toilet is big and have bath tub also. The staff, they are very good in their job, and their service is fast. Any problem occur they will help to settle not more than 1 hour. Fast right?? Breakfast not too many choice but still likeable. Not too far from tourist attraction, and easy to get parking. The nearest attraction i would say you can walk 10 minutes to muzium penjara.

I would suggest them to renovate the swimming pool. I've seen many customer come to the swimming pool and leave after they saw the pool.

Breakfast wasn’t great ; terrible coffee and orange juice. Lots of local dishes available but not much western choices. There was a lot of bus tours staying; they were so loud . I know not the hotels issue but if ideally they were on their own floor or informed there was no shouting on the halls . They woke us at midnight coming in and then again at 6.30am when they were going ! Walls were thin so could hear everything

Spacious with reasonable price, variety food during breakfast, easy parking access. Before i booking, i noted at my booking request want a birthday decoration room and after i booking, i call again the hotel to confirm my decoration room and the staff state they noted the remarks. Then tomorrow after i check in, there is no decoration birthday room and make me upset because i want to suprise my partner. Then, i call the reception, they said maybe the staff forgotten to noted the remarks and said will deco my room when i am going out for a while. Then, after one hour going out, my room was already done deco by housekeeping team. Thank you very much to your staff name HARIS for efficient and kindness help in arranging our room to be decorated. Really statisfied with the services provided.
