Clean, and comfortable room with nice design. Bed is comfortable. Strategic location near to the town.

No iron and bottled mineral water provided in the room. Iron is available outside but no rack to hang the clothes. It’s troublesome when you have many pieces to iron.

When checked in,one of the towels on the rack in the bathroom was found wet. Room service personnel probably did not check or have used it. The bathroom floor towel was wet,too. Had to collect 3 fresh towels from the reception desk in exchange. The room is quite big for 3 adults, but the floor was dusty and definitely not mopped. Overall, the room was great, just that the street beside it is noisy with traffic at night 🌙 It's conveniently located along the busy street leading to Hatten Hotel,Mahkota Hospital, and Parkson shopping centre 500m away.

Nice location, literally in front of Mamak. Walking distance to 24 hr self help laundry as well. Got Seven-E too and really close to Mahkota Parade itself like 10 mins drive. The parking space also full of parking spots. Overall the feel of the hotel room met our expectations and it's so worth of the money spent. All of my children slept well including us parents. If you're looking for quite comfortable hotel stay within affordable budget for your stay in Melaka, I'd recommend this hotel. Honest ni bro!

Make sure if your booking of hotel room got window, then make sure to ask for it. Don't just settle for non-window room if the reception told to, cuz man that room sucked and depressed-feel man. Maybe in our case, it's technical issue or something, overall the front desk agreed to change our room to original booked one. So no issue, everyone happy. Nothing can't be solved.

Eventough the hotel is not 5 star but the room condition is better then 5 star. Keep it up n maintain

Convenient location, parking provided. High speed wifi. Comfortable. shower gel bottle was empty but reception immediately replaced one(had to go down to get it)

-Kettle looked old so didn’t use it. Lucky they provided coway water so was easy to make hot and cold drinks. -When showering the sound is quite loud, so when someone is showering you can hear it in the room. Even next door room. -balcony is great but maybe can put blinds for privacy since it’s literally facing the road n shops.

The location is good, near to most of the bustling area where tourists would like to go. There is free parking space for the hotel guests (very thoughtful). The hotel is exceeded what I expected before arriving, I was thinking "can sleep, can already.". The hotel is generous with spacious rooms, the water pressure (when there is no one using maybe the next room) is very powerful & therapeutic. Their mattress is comfortable, so as their pillow. The most essential element that got my highest score, is THE ROOM IS CLEAN, EVEN THE FLOOR!

There are rooms to improve: 1. The aircon of the triple room is weak and only cooling in night. 2. The room's curtain couldn't censored the noises from street at night (eg: car whistling sound/ honks/ people chit-chatting on the street). 3. To check the remaining toiletries & room kit. For example, tissue box left with 2 pcs only on our stay (but nothing bother us much where we have our own).

All the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. especially,the reception Qunning, she gave us many helps. Melaka is the first city we stay for 3 days. the hotel is close to most of scenery spots. the 711 is just on the opposite side of the road. A thai massage shop is beside the hotel. many restaurants are around the hotel. Very convenient. 200% recomended! 😃

the toilet water tank had a little bit water leakage, It generated noise during the night time. the small window in the bathroom cloud not be closed and without cover.

The bed is so big, can fit for 3 adults. The room and toilet is clean and spacious enough, totally worth for its price if you book during the last minute deal. Coway provided at the corridor.

The bed is a bit stiff, could feel the spring. But not really uncomfortable that you couldn't sleep.

We just walk to Jonker Street and Dataran Pahlawan which took me less than 10 minutes to reach there. Variety of cafe/ restaurant near this property. Parking provided for the guests, no worries.

The room looks “not ready” during my visit. The window open and the towel provided only one, but we manage to get from the staff.

Room was spacious for family with small kids. Easy to park our vehicle. Shops were just near by. Easy registration for check in and out. Water pressure in shower area was really satisfied when we bath.

The water pressure will immediate become high in a short while and splash to us. When we start using it was at middle pressure. Same at the sink and toilet bowl area.
