The location was great. Next to the Suites building, there were many good cheap restaurants, stores, laundry places and other services you might need. 2 big shopping centers just around the corner. Main tourist attractions in walkable distance. The area felt safe even at night time. There is a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop and a small basic gym on the 3rd floor. No cleanliness issues. AC worked well. AC wasn't the most silent but not unbearably noisy. Communicating with the host was easy. It is a hotel where some of the rooms and suites are private AirBnB style accommodations without daily house service (like this one).

Few minor faults: The TV didn't show any normal tv channels properly and the Android TV in it was outdated. Many apps just said "the system you are operating is outdated and does not support the app anymore". Or something like that when trying to use it. I thought there was a kitchen, but there was only a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. No stove. The bathroom had a common problem for Southeast Asia. It did not dry very well and because of that there were starting marks of moisture issues. Not bad, but it is going to need at least some deep cleaning soon before it gets smelly. The room wasn't soundproof, but thankfully there weren't any noisy neighbors. Overall I think these are only minor faults and it was great for the price.

The pool on the roof looked nice The place is not too far away from the touristic center of town. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Communication with the host was easy and friendly via WhatsApp.

At first after we arrived the room was not cleaned well but after we told the host someone came a few hours later to clean again. The place is not serviced daily what is okay but we didn't know... So you gotta take your trash out etc by yourself. One towel for a few nights is not ideal... Aircon is a bit noisy and old.

The facilities in the room was all working well, the aircon was cold and the water pressure was strong. There was no odour from the bathroom which is good even after a four day stay.

The internet was slow and the TV was buffering very long despite connecting to our own hotspot. We couldn't enjoy any of the movies or shows provided on the TV as it was buffering for more than an hour.

Location is Great, with Many Restaurant Options, Massage Spa and places of Interest at a stone throw. Room is peaceful Quiet and has Pool View. Room is Spacious since it is in the Hotel Building with Rooftop Pool.

No Free Parking. The Comforter/Blanket has a little stench smell, needs washing. The Soap/Shampoo has No lather and can be better. A little dated but still Good!

The communication with our host, Celine, was excellent throughout our stay. A minor problem was quickly rectified and she also suggested some nice places to eat. The room was clean with comfortable beds. We loved the big shower! The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool side view.

There was nothing worth mentioning that we didn’t like.

Everything is great! From the owner itself which always there for us whenever we wanted to ask anything. The bathroom was very clean. Another facility that I enjoy is the Swimming Pool. It has a very nice view of Malacca & it is very windy up there. It helps me to release tension & get rid of all the negative energy. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. I will repeat to stay at this suite again !

This house is so perfect. Nothing to worry and worth to staying here. Very near to attractions place. We totally enjoyed. The house is so cozy, so comfortable, spacious, so clean and such a beautiful house. Very convenient to check in and check out. The owner is friendly too. Will definitely come again ✌🏻

Great location. Nice view from the room. Roof top pool was nice to chill, get away from the heat thanks to being a bit windy. Plenty of options to get food just near by.

Sometimes you had to wait for a long time for elevators, which is of course not no ones fault but take it into consideration if you need to be somewhere at precise time.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, , lovely and great first impression of accomodation. Everything about the it was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location was very convenient with so many restaurants and shops nearby. 10 minutes distance to main tourist attractions is walk able. The host is very attentive and helpful - thank you, Celine, for a nice holiday in amazing Malakka :)
