Stayed for 3 nights in a queen bedroom without window with Booking dot com, got rate RM261.00 and ended up paying almost RM300.00 when too many taxes were added (I forgot to ask for receipt when I checked out) The front desk staff, the hotel crew and the guard are friendly and helpful in many ways. The hotel is still under renovation right now; they are expanding the hotel building to build more rooms so during the days the guests have to bear with the construction noises from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm. The hotel has no lift or elevator so I was grateful when given a room on 1st level because I carried such a heavy backpacker and hand carries and the stairs are quite steep. If you have old family members with you, you should check the room with the hotel first before making a reservation. The room is quite old but it is large, comfortable and clean upon check in. The aircond is quite old and always take sometimes to cold down the room. The TV has a limited of choice for tv stations but I'm glad the tv is functioning very well unlike the previous hotel stayed before coming here and I can enjoy a few random movies at night. The selling point of the hotel is it's location. A walking distance to Atlantic Nyonya Restaurant Melaka Raya (Muslim friendly), shopping Malls Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade, as well as A Famosa, the museums and Jonker Street. There is also a Starbuck, Family Mart, mamak restaurants and halal restaurant Ee Ji Ban.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Malacca! It’s surrounded by all the major attractions and everything is just within walking distance which made it super convenient to explore the city without needing any transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price I paid. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly too, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you want a strategic location, cleanliness, and great value for money! I’ll definitely come back again.

The hotel does not have a lift, so it may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone with knee problems, especially if your room is on a higher floor. Also, basic amenities like a toothbrush are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.

The room is queit clean, the aircond was very cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave me their reserved parking infront of the hotel to their guest (if available). And the very best part is, the location of the hotel is excellent, just 2-3 minutes walking to dataran pahlawan, and convenience store, restaurants available just in front of the hotel. The price is really cheap if compare to its location.

At first time when enter the room upon arrival, the room was a little smelly, but after a while when the A/C was on, the smell is gone. Thats the only downside.

The Location is excellent! I could walk to Jongkers, St Francis Xavier Church, My meeting place for work meeting, and it is also close to Melaka Sentral. I was able to get grab transport as early as 6 am. Early enough for my 7 am bus ride home.

TV : Strange. The was no Channel News Asia. Or even an English Channel. I would like to watch the news and other English channel at least at night when I retire. Worth considering Channel News Asia please. I will come back for sure.

i like how convenient the place was. it is infront of dp and so close to jonker street. there were many food option available. the staff were friendly and the room is just nice

the comforter is not really comforting bcs i think it was rotting 🥲🥲 over all everything is okay.

Room was 2 bedroom apartment.. Cleanliness was good.. Room was spacious.. Bed was comfy.. The kitchen came with all cutleries and plates needed.. Aircon needed to on for a bit of time to cool down the room since there are no fans..

Room do not come with toileteries... Basic amenities like tootbrush wasnt given and when asked, they actually dont have it.. Had to buy from a nearby shop for it.. No lift to rooms, only via stairs.. Will be a challenge for those who cant walk up the stairs.. A littl rundown for the sofa that was in the room.. Other than that, everything else was great..

The location is good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean and tidy.

I had difficulty getting the right water temperature, the water tend to get very hot even though it’s at the maximum cold.

The room has been refurbished. Nice tv with Netflix, Youtube and Prime TV. Basic facilities but functional. Great location, next to Pahlawan Mall. Great value for money.
